I'm used to supporting this local Panago in my area, But they must have changed ownership since my last visit, because this was a horrible experience from start to finish. For starters, i could barely understand what the girl was trying to say and that was starting to anger her. However, i put that past me and was looking forward to my veggie Mediterranean. Unfortunately, it was horrible, tasteless, and very doughy! Please panago don't reach out and ask me to email you the details of my visit. My order details were 2 veg Mediterranean pizzas with four Chipotle dips. Webber greens location. I'm not writing this review in hopes of getting a credit, im writing this review on behalf of alot of customers that are begging you to choose better franchisees. Ridiculous! The BBQ Chicken Pizza from Panago was a total hit! The smoky BBQ sauce paired perfectly with the tender chicken, red onions, and cheese. Every bite had the right mix of sweet and savory flavors, and the crust was baked just right. Panago never disappoints when it comes to bold flavors! 🔥🍕

We use to order from this location regularly but the past two occasions have been awful. Pizza arrived 45+ mins after estimated delivery time and was cold when it finally received. They add multiple stops to the delivery driver and conveniently we happen to be the last stop each time. When trying to sort out with customer service are given the same old excuses and offered a $5 credit for your next order. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I waited for over an hour and a half for a pizza. First dash driver couldn’t find my house . He took it back and they REHEATED the pizza and sent back out with another driver. I talked to customer support at least 4 different people took an hour to get any help . They offered me 5 dollars for a refund. Unacceptable they are a terrible business to deal with . Never again !!!!!
