You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and care about what they serve. The service was quick and friendly, and the pizza came out piping hot. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza store. During my visit, there was a man inside who appeared to be drinking and behaving inappropriately. He was making rude gestures toward me, and shockingly, the staff did nothing about it. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
It’s unacceptable for a place that serves food to allow this kind of behavior, especially when it affects other customers. The lack of action from the staff made it clear that they don’t prioritize customer safety or a welcoming environment.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this store, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. A restaurant should be a place where everyone feels comfortable — this one failed badly.

I’ve ordered many pizzas from Panago over a long period of time, never have I been so disappointed over & over again by the same location. Within the last 3 months I’ve ordered at least 12 pizzas. Over half of them have been incorrect, whether it’s the crust type, the type of pizza or whatever. I’ve complained multiple times and they have said that they know my name and make sure to make it right but they still continue to screw up my food. It’s sad they can’t hire someone good enough to make a simple pizza right. They don’t even deserve minimum wage based on the mistakes they make over & over again. Shame good pizza turns bad at this location every time. Stay away from here.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. Service was fast, accurate, and friendly. The pizza was very good, even the next day. I think this will be my go to neighbourhood pizza place.

The reson im giving 3 stars is becuse I got my pizza and i order 2, 2l bottles of root beer but I got charged for both root beers but I only got 1 im calling them about it.
