We have been ordering pizza from this location for ages, and the quality of the food keeps going down. The crust is thinner and kind of sad, and now the chain is changing classic recipes. I don't know why they think not having sauce on the BBQ Bacon Chicken pizza is a good idea (they drizzle the sauce on top). I was sad to see some older recipes disappear completely over the years, but to change fan favorites is kind of a terrible idea.
I feel like when people order pizza they want a dependable meal. Not a great meal, lol, just a dependable one. I remember when Panago first opened in Edmonton. The crust was quite thick, the pizzas were flavorful, and we became loyal customers (you can't go wrong with an excellent dough and crust). We applauded the sensible addition of vegetarian options, and were open to new recipes. Unfortunately, their recent recipe revisions, and corner-cutting, are making us want to forget about the place altogether.

Ive been a fan of Panago for years. I always been happy with the quality and the staff. Having moved to the north end 6 months ago this address is my prime puck up spot. As predicted friendly staff upon pick up and the food was amazing. Highly recommended. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
