Very DISGUSTING and UNHYGIENIC! A lady working there today was handling toppings with bare hands – no gloves, no hygiene! She picked veggies right after touching meat, and even grabbed cheese with wet, unwashed hands. When I confronted her, she arrogantly said it’s “their policy” not to use gloves. Absolutely filthy! Vegetarians and vegans – AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs!

Panago has been my favorite since I was a kid. But this is hands down the worst pepperoni I've ever gotten. It's 25% crust and so minimal on the toppings especially the cheese. It's burnt in some spots. Lady making it should be embarrassed. Not sure what I tipped you for. When I picked up this garbage

Ordered veggie Mediterranean on regular crust large size on Jan 5 Toppings were tasty but the crust had the texture of a damp wash cloth so chewy.

I've picked up orders several times from this location now. My experience has been very consistent. Food is fine, but significantly lacking in toppings compared to other locations. My biggest problem is order times. When I call in an order they say it'll be ready for pick up in 15 minutes every time. When I show up after 15-20 minutes I have to stand there and wait at least another 10-20 minutes for my order. Most of the time I watch them start making my order while standing there. I am okay with waiting longer, but be realistic and don't waste my time. I'll be going to a further location in the future if we choose panago again.
