Customer service staff when you call is top notch. Great pizza yes. But it’s genuinely always a surprisingly friendly warm interaction you get. 5 stars from me.

I was really excited to try the butter chicken pizza, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. It didn’t taste anything like butter chicken—just a salty, bland mess with no real flavor. The balance of spices was completely off, and it lacked the rich, creamy taste you’d expect from a good butter chicken dish. Definitely not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend!

The pizza and garlic cheese bread were both undercooked and inedible. Because it was ordered through Doordash, Pango would not do anything. The customer service person from Panago was impatient. She offered to get me the number for Doordash but said it so quickly I could not get it. When I asked her to repeat it, she said I could get it online and repeated the number quickly again. I gave up and ended up having to look online for it. Doordash customer service did give credit, but not enough to replace the order, but at least they were good to talk to. Not a great system.

Good food, but I recommend actually going into this location in person to pick up your order and then check it before you leave. We had issues with their delivery driver. We don't get pizza, etc. here nearly as often now because we have to go get it so it's not as convenient.

Worst service I’ve probably received, they have incredibly rude people working there specially the old age owner he even don’t know how to talk with girls who refuse to listen to you when you try to explain what you want. I have dietary issues and have ordered gluten free pizzas multiple times without issues, however they make it an issue. You want a pizza but instead you NEED gluten free crust? They tell you no you can’t do that. Along with the fact that they don’t like to communicate at all.Every single person I’ve seen work here was incredibly rude and a horrible person to deal with.Only delivery women is nice here who work with them .I’ve given the place multiple chances but it’s never been a good experience.Please don’t order from here and most of the time the don’t give you complete order they miss something in your order don’t waste time here .there are more 2-3 option in Beaumont you can try from there .

The lady who works during the day is to kind. She thought she overcooked my pizza and was so apologetic yet it was in my eyes ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! What a gem of a human being. So much consideration for the customer and that’s so rare.I also got pizza here a few days ago and the evening staff was so kind as well. Pizza chef was rocking away while the gentleman working the counter listened to me rant away about local pizza shops.What a great Panago location!Thank you so much again for your kindness and quality work :)

Panago is usually good.But this location. Made us wait 45min to an 1h to just cancel my delivery order saying it’s too far. (6min) driveHad a crew of 12-14 to feed after a 14h day.
