The lady who works during the day is to kind. She thought she overcooked my pizza and was so apologetic yet it was in my eyes ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! What a gem of a human being. So much consideration for the customer and that’s so rare.I also got pizza here a few days ago and the evening staff was so kind as well. Pizza chef was rocking away while the gentleman working the counter listened to me rant away about local pizza shops.What a great Panago location!Thank you so much again...
Store employee threatened me when he delivered replacement chicken bites. I ordered lunch and the boneless bites were burned, dry and hard. Replacement bites were fine but delivery driver wanted proof of the burned item. Called customer care. Was offered $5 credit and a follow up with the store.
