Panago has been my go to for pizza for a decade, and they’ve recently made a revolting recipe change. Instead of cooking the pizza with a sauce base on things like the Tuscan Chicken and BBQ Chicken, they now drizzle a pathetic amount of sauce on top. It’s disgusting. I didn’t see the change listed anywhere in the app, I was supposed to look at the sauce option and see it now comes with “none”.
Presumably this change is to save them a few cents per pizza on sauce or something. I have no idea what C-level genius green-lit this. I won’t be eating at Panago ever again unless they reverse this nonsense. I wish I could get my money back.

This is the best panago I’ve ever been to! Always clean, fast and pizzas are well made. They recommended the chipotle chicken pizza and I ordered it with extra chicken, extra cheese and a few extra dipping sauces! Very impressed. My personal favorite is the Butter Chicken Pizza — it’s unreal. The flavors are bold, creamy, and balanced perfectly with the spice. The Tropical Hawaiian and New York Deli are also amazing, and their Plant-Based options are actually some of the best vegetarian pizzas I’ve ever had — flavorful and satisfying, not bland like most places. Even their garlic dip is addictive (seriously, I could drink it).
What I also love about this location is how consistent it is. Whether I order in-store, for pickup, or delivery, the quality never changes. The pizza always arrives hot, fresh, and neatly packaged — no greasy mess or soggy crust. They clearly care about presentation and customer satisfaction.
It’s also super convenient — parking is easy, the area feels safe, and the wait times are reasonable. You can tell management runs things smoothly because the team works well together. They handle orders efficiently, and I’ve never had a single mistake with my food.

Went for a pickup order, when I got home there was a hair found cooked into the pizza. I am concerned about how the workers maintain cleanliness and follow health safety rules when working with food. Aside from the piece with a hair found in it, the rest of the pizza was good. Not a good experience unfortunately.

Big shout out to Perkas. Its hard nowadays to find a good pizza. And whenever I ask for extra cheese, 95% of the time never gets done and pay extra for nothing. When I put my trust in Perkas he finally met my demand! 10/10 thanks for listening and making a great pizza. Will be ordering from here from now on!
Weird cheese that didnt stretch or melt. I ordered reg cheese not vegan. Consistently terrible. 1st was not good, gave them a 2nd chance, thunking maybe different cook would be better. Nope,still bad, skimpy toppings, dry crust, no sauce, etc. Never again.
