I asked the cashier to buy 4 extra dips. She charged me $5.25 I payed by debit. After I asked how much are they she said $1.25 each. I replied on the menu board a trio of dips is $3.00. So with a 4th at 1.25, why did she over charge me by almost a buck? She said there's nothing she could do to correct it, debit already went though.
It's not about the dollar, it's the principle of it all. I now will put panago at the back of the line for my pizza dollars. Time to try, BP, Pizza 73, Domino's, Papa Johns, Lovely Pizza, Pizza Unlimited or Pizza Depot. All of these are less then 10 minutes apart. Nothing you could do huh?

It's a pick up. There are two benches to sit on, service is non-existent other than taking order and handing over your order. Pizza is as always the Panago standard you would expect. Plenty of parking and near major grocery stores. Access to bus and a community centre across.

I placed an order and was very specific with my requests. When I went to pick it up, the employee (who appeared to be of Indian descent) seemed to have a language barrier. Unfortunately, she gave me the wrong change, and despite confirming my order with her twice, it was still incorrect. I understand there can be language challenges, but it's important to ensure accuracy and attention to detail when fulfilling orders. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again.

Order large pizza and get mediums. when we called to get it sorted out they hang up on us. No pizza is worth this kind of headache. Never ordering from this shame company. Think about it.

I'm a little disappointed that due to dietary restrictions we have to order gluten free as well as vegan cheese. However upon pick up I found the pizza to be a little underwhelming for $28
Okay, so I have been buying garlic Cheesy bread from Panago for years now and ever since this location opened up it has been my go to place. They are the only place I would eat garlic Cheesy bread from. I order them with Italian garlic and amazing as always. I have tried their veg pizza once and it was really good too but definitely try garlic Cheesy bread.
