Walked in and paid for my order at 5:30 pm. Cashier told me it takes 15-20 min. Asked when will it be ready at 5:55. Told me it’s being cut. People come and go- order placed after mine was picked up. Checked again at 6:15. Manager said it’s made wrong. 45 minutes wait.
I think they prioritize online orders and who pays more tips?

I've lost my desire to order pizza from this location.Went in person. Drives me nuts to see an employee handle cash/till and then proceed to make pizza without washing their hands.When I said something, the person did a quick rinse without using soap and quick dry with some paper towel.With pizza being such a highly handled food item, it's imperative that all food safety measures are taken to avoid any risk of making people sick.

Usually I come here in person, but ordered off Uber eats this time as it’s late, and snowy out.My pizza came fast. Almost too fast.When it got here, it was the wrong kind of pizza!(I ordered tropical Hawaiian), and you sent me a Hawaiian with tomato sauce and bacon instead.Defeated the whole purpose of spending 50$ on pizza when I could’ve chosen another restaurant for much, much cheaper.To make matters worse, the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and was over cooked; making it impossible to pull the pieces apart without them falling apart. Sure, I could go get a knife, and cut it myself in the kitchen at 12:30 at night, but I’ll wake my family up, and I paid for a service, not a self service.Not to mention toppings being pretty sparse for a pizza that costs an arm and a leg, and isn’t the one I ordered.I’m seriously unimpressed by this experience with panago.I choose you guys because I’ve had years of history ordering pizza from this location, I’ve lived down the road for 10 years, and I’ve always been happy when I do take out, but this was severely disappointing, and the lack of care, and effort put into this is surprising to me coming from this restaurant.I really hope this isn’t a common thing when they are doing delivery, because of course through Uber eats there is zero accountability from the restaurant to the consumer.I will be bringing my business elsewhere ?

Ordered the Brooklyn pepperoni pizza. It's good. Not as salty or oily as Little Caesars. It's a little like Boston Pizza but a little cheaper. There's like a 5 dollar coupon after this meal so it's definitely an incentive to go again. The only thing is that the dough is a little more dense than most others. Just a personal preference. I recommend this restaurant.

Have been a regular customer of Panago and of this location. Ordered pizza last night and the toppings were not what they used to be. I understand that cost of food is going up, but it was ridiculous. Either their prescribed amount of toppings has been adjusted to make up for increased costs, or the quality control that the proper amount of toppings were used, failed. Either way, will be looking around for new options.
