Panago has always been my favorite fast food pizza chain, and this is a great location. Prices are fair, pizza is delicious and they added extra sauce upon request.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered, staff literally ignored me even though I was standing right in front of them trying to place an order. They only paid attention to the app delivery drivers. The days of walk-in customers are over. I took my business somewhere else.

I’ve never really had a problem with this Panago, I think it was the best out of all the locations but I ordered the veggie korma pizza from them today and they gave me the Mediterranean instead. I have a severe allergy to olives so this was a really big inconvenience for me. I did get the refund back and they were closed by the time the pizza arrived so I couldn’t reorder. It was probably a honest mistake but I won’t be ordering from them through Uber eats anymore. And please recheck your orders and see what customers order. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I was just very disappointed. Btw emailing them won't do anything. Already tried it and there customer service is honestly the worst.

Last night and tonight, the wings are half to two-thirds the wings we've enjoyed for over 4 months on a weekly (sometimes 2 or more times a week) basis. The wings are now also very fatty, with very little meat on them. These new tiny minimal meat wings are just like the ones Boston Pizza and Dennys started serving at the beginning of 2023 to save themselves money (according to Dennys and BP staff). Which led to Dennys and BP becoming cheap with other foods (quality and quantity).5 stars to 3, sadly, tonight. I hope Panago goes back to the regular wings. "Suppliers" supply what's ordered and, if a restaurant sees supplies have changed for the worse, they have to hold suppliers accountable. Take out was really fast. They told me 15 minutes on the phone and it was ready 3 mins early! One of the better Pizza places in the Southside. I really like the crust on their pizza’s.
