First time at this location and last time. The food didn’t appear fresh, chicken was tough and rice tasted old. Spring rolls were perhaps an acquired taste but the worst I have ever tasted. In store app wasn’t working -they offer discounts but don’t redeem them due to the app not working. Wouldn’t recommend as many options out there.

Melissa was extremely rude. When I informed her about my pepper allergy and asked if they could be separated from the chicken, she dismissed my concern by saying, “You can do it yourself once it’s on the plate.”
She also kept calling her Co worker mamacita, which was very unprofessional.

Just ordered from this location via Uber Eats. I added notes to both meals and then a general note, all three notes requesting utensils. No utensils received. Now we get to eat sticky food and rice with our fingers. Thanks.

Went an hour before closing. Couldn't get most items I wanted because they were done for the day. Then when we went to pay they don't accept tap on debit?!?! Its 2025 and every single other business has figured this out.
Avoid at all costs, ordered through Uber eats, missing condiments, no utensils, even though requested , food was cold and bland, got the teriyaki chicken bowl with rice and noodles, rice way over cooked , chicken way under cooked, to the point you will get sick, avoid unless you want to spend the next few hours of your life in the bathroom, wouldngive 0 stars if possible

They close in an hour and already have the chairs up and tables blocked. They don't care about your meal, they just want to go home early.

I used to love Panda Express. It's not something I got often, but it was a nice treat now and then. The last 2 times I've had it though, the food has been subpar. Nothing tasted very good. And the portions were noticeably smaller. Disappointing.

My visit to this place was never disappointed until today. Went in for lunch but the staff who took the order didn’t look like she wanted to be there. The customer service in terms of interaction is very disappointing and it had ruined my appetite completely. Food was okay, but the Beijing beef is very sour, noodles were extremely starchy and cold.
