The chicken dishes are just fillers at this point. All you get from a black better chicken is onions and greens with maybe 4-5 minute pieces of chicken. For a $12 bowl it doesn’t make sense.

Your food has gone downhill totally horrible no flavor used to be good needles to say won't be back threw 3/4 out terrible should have ordered somewhere else. Not happy and obviously you don't read comments messed up completely horrible not worth the price should have paid half

We ordered from here I called to let the lady know there was black hair all throughout our orange chicken I said we don’t want anything from them but they need to throw it out and learn health and safety standards because it’s disgusting. She was rude cut me off never apologized and just said “yup” “sure” how do you have a busylike this? If you are doing this and your food is clearly failing health and safety standards you need to be investigated and shut down. They never once said not even sorry.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! The lady answered the phone at 8:15 pm was beyond rude and ignorant. Please fire her today is June 20, 2025

The food is ok you know what your getting from panda, place is clean, the upcharge is little annoying sometimes and they do it for a lot of items but for the employees very nice but craving that review all in all better than lots of other places out there.

On this visit, my server, Cricia, provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made my experience even better. I also appreciated how she served the food—she was efficient and fair with the portions, and she didn’t put any food back after scooping, which made the service feel more respectful and hygienic. She just handled everything in a professional and considerate way. I’d be happy to be served by her again.
