I have been going there for years . The food and service were up and down . But today it was a very bad experience. The rice was so dry , the teriyaki chicken is very dry . I asked the server to put teriyaki sauce and just barely put anything. It tasted very awful . The mushroom chicken may as well call it mushroom only where you barely see any chicken . This place is a joke and going downhill with service and foods . Definitely not returning there again .

I had the absolute worst experience here. This place used to be my go-to whenever I was craving chow mein and ginger beef, but not anymore. The food was honestly disgusting—the noodles tasted like they were seasoned with no-name chicken soup powder and had none of the flavor of authentic chow mein.
On top of that, I was supposed to receive three sides but was only given two. When I told the staff member, she got argumentative instead of trying to fix the issue. I also explained that my food was terrible, and instead of offering a proper replacement, she just gave me the same thing again. Overall, a really disappointing visit and I will not be returning.

Like the Sherwood park location, they really do take advantage of uber eats orders or drive thru orders. My beef and broccoli was just broccoli. And never sends napkins or sauces for your meal. Also they charge more for their own stores incompetence and lack of proper training to their employees. Just remove yourself off uber and other delivery services. Fraud company! Worried about portions on delivery orders is quite sad. Despicable ownership

When paying $50 for food you would expect full scoops of meat but apparently not. Then when trying to request a full scoop you are charged an additional $1.75 ?? Seems ridiculous if need money that bad just close down.
