The food was piping hot when it arrived. All of it had a good flavour and was a good portion for the price. I've had Chinese food from many different places in Edmonton, and unless you're going for more traditional Chinese food, this is still one of my favourite places.
Horrible customer service. This needs to be improved terrifically. We are not even given the time to choose and pick our food choices. They are focussing only on drive through and delivery orders. Fine in customers are ignored. No spoon, fork and knife provided. Just compel to rush with order to wipe out the counter. Many items are empty. Clear shortage of staff is seen. The female server hardly understands and speaks English. She is so arrogant. Quantity of food and worth of price charged is questionable. Smoke and heated air suffocates the dining space.

I requested the dinner for one with the chicken balls and I wanted my sauce on the side. They put the container of sauce inside the big container and the food is so hot that it melts the container every single time. So I end up with sauce all over my rice and all over my noodles which I did not want to begin with. This is the fourth time it's happened and I've never said anything but it is ridiculous. When people request sauce on the side they want it in a separate container. Not happy at all. Couldn't eat my rice or noodles again.

ive been ordering from them for awhile i use to use skip but skip decided i was too far away to order so i started using their website and its really easy and nice to use! the food is always really really good i love their crab and cheese wontons, the ginger beef and the spring rolls but those are just my personal favourites as ive always had awesome food from them and their delivery people are always so kind especially for driving the 15-20mins to my place to deliver. lol sorry for my ramble it just makes me sad to see all the bad reviews when theyve been one of my fav restaurants in edmonton. anyway thank you!!

Waiting 2 minutes at drive thru but staff did not response. i drove to the window and find staff were playing cell phone. They did response when i put horn on then they come to the window for my order.

This lemon chicken was nothing like any I’d ever had before and I would never order it again. It was supposed to be battered slices of chicken in a lemon sauce but what I got were more like chicken pieces in a weird batter that tasted nothing like lemon! Nothing like I expected! Very disappointed! This used to be my “Go to” place for Chinese food but never again nor will any of my family!
Their advertised specials on their website and menus are lower price than what they actually charge you. When you ask for a receipt, they give you a receipt that only shows the total amount paid and not an itemized amount per each item ordered.
I came in for the peanut satay Thursday special we just advertised at $1.19 per satay. They charged me $1.50 per skewer and refused to honor their advertised prices when asked. I've been going here for years but with this dishonesty I don't feel like returning.

First time I ordered from here. Orange chicken didn't have any flavor. Ginger beef didn't. Sesame chicken didn't. And the crispy beef wasn't crispy with no flavor. Every other chinese food restaurant I ordered from. The food was way better and actually had flavor.
