Order #1623, served by Natea. Wow ✨️✨️??!!! Fantastic and 10/10 customer experience, fresh ingredients & super delicious food, and extra positive and warm atmosphere inside. Natea is a standard for customer service!!! She acknowledged and welcomed each of us, independantly. I adore that Natea made us feel like at home. At no point we felt rushed to place an order, neither she rushed us to eat/pay/go like some other places would do. She was very professional and provided recommendation on cheese selection for fetuccini pasta with beef bolognese sauce. She had a sincere smile on face every time we asked for something. Natea took the correct order, she did not make me repeat or clarify any part of the order. No additional or unnecessary questions during the order. I did not feel forced to leave a tip, like other servers do across the city by looking at debit machine, writing notes, etc. We also placed one order to stay and the other to go , both at the same time. To go order was fresh & warm, safely stored, when we departed the restaurant!! Very tasty, italian style decorations on the food, prepared with fresh vegies and sauces, garlic bread is a must especially mixed with riccota cheese. This is a role model on how should restaurant do the business in Edmonton, fresh food, fast service, friendly and professional approach toward customers. I highly recommend their pasta dishes, they are so delicious and authentic. Especially try their homemade lasagna and tiramisu. It's a cozy spot with great service too!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this place and I can't stop raving about my experience! The staff greeted me with friendly smiles and we tried their Italian vegetarian pizza and peach soda.The pizza was fresh and delicious. The peach soda was sweet and fizzy. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some good pizza. Will be coming back to try their panini's and pasta.

Fantastic place for lunch or to pickup dinner on your way home! I'm a big fan of their pizza and panini sandwiches, especially paired with any of their dips. Surprisingly good pasta as well. All the staff I've interacted with have been fantastic, definitely recommend.
