Use to order here a lot, but i dont know if the owner change or they are are told to make every pizza thin crust. The recent order the pizza dough is very thin. I wonder what their thin crust is like

I ordered pizza from uber eats at 2:40 pm and the base of the pizza is so amazing and I am very impressed after eating the pizza

I just had the most amazing pizza from pappa johns south. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey and flavorful, and the toppings were so fresh. Every bite was pure joy. On top of that, the staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving quality pizza and great service. Thanks

Worst customer service ever. Ordered online for delivery, 3 pizzas, 1 pizza was customized and the sauce was wrong. Called the store and they said it was not indicated in my order but my order and the email sent to me it says bbq sauce. They don’t wanna deal with that issue and asked me to call customer service and I did. They saw it that the sauce was supposed to be bbq. They made a claim and have to wait up to 48 hrs for the store’s reply. I just wanted my all meat bbq sauced pizza. After few hours got an email from the store and they were saying they will not give me a refund instead offering me a 50%off for my next order. I don’t need a coupon I said I just wanted my pizza. Called customer service again they said they will escalate the claim. Few hours later I got a call the agent was telling me that what they can only offer me was a 50%off code and a large 1 topping pizza. I said I don’t need a code and a free pizza I just wanted my pizza. I told her just deliver my pizza and I will be ok. She said they couldn’t waived the delivery fee. I said NO! Why would I pay another delivery fee?! It was really frustrating. This is my first time to order at this place and this would be my last. I would never ever support them anymore. Domino’s were far more delicious and have the best customer service. They wouldn’t even want to correct their mistake. I paid the delivery fee and tips and all then they wanted to charge me again as if it was my mistake. WORST place ever. I would let my family and friends to never ever support PAPA JOHN’s. Goodluck!

paid for extra sauce on pizza and didn’t receive that, they didn’t flavor the boneless wings (ordered chipotle honey) and the pizza is mediocre at best.

I’m a big fan of Papa John’s pizzas and usually order from the Rabbit Hill location. Since their store was closed, I decided to order from this store for the first time, using the delivery option in the app at around 1:42 AM this morning.
At 2:05 AM, I called to check on the status and delivery time. Suzan answered and told me that the order hadn't shown up in their system, and advised me to contact customer service, which only operates during regular daytime hours. With no other option, I waited for half an hour and called again, but received the same impatient response from Suzan.
Given that it was already late, I found something else to eat. Almost an hour and a half after placing the order, the delivery person - who was very polite arrived with my order. I understand that glitches can happen in the system, but after calling twice, it would have been courteous to inform me when the order was finally received instead of just sending the delivery person without notice. To top it off, after all that patience, the order I received was incorrect.

It may have been an off night for them but the crust for my New York style pizza was hard and the cheese was congealed as if the pizza had been sitting around for awhile. The delivery driver was polite and efficient. I did contact Papa John’s pizza feedback, and I have heard nothing.

Solid pizza place in South Edmonton. Better deals than other places around, promo codes can be used all month long at this location. Food turn around is quick, you can place an order and it's usually ready before pick up time indicated on the website. Staff are super chill as well
