Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Both pizzas had a little toppings and hardly no cheese. The quality at this location has gone down hill and we will no longer order Papa John pizza.

A pepperoni pizza was ordered by me today. The manager on duty, Jaskaran Singh, helped me. He was super nice and polite. He made the whole experience fast and easy & did a great job!
Jaskaran showed what good customer service means actually. He made me feel happy and welcome at the store. I will definitely come back to this location. He is awesome🤗

One of the best pizza stores I’ve tried! The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the pizza tastes delicious every single time. The cheese was perfectly melted and the sauce had a great flavour. Definitely my go-to pizza spot now! Jaskaran Singh very good person

3:13am Nov30th I request to please check your cameras. I tried calling 5-6 times before I came to the store and when I came in I saw the guy eating his lunch and ignoring the phone I walked inside the store guy was still busy with his meal I didn’t mind and when I told him to at least pick up the call and tell me that u are on your lunch break the guy said im the manager and he’s not going to serve me and walked away even showed me a middle finger y’all should hire better employees wonder why the ratings for this location is shit

We have ordered delivery from this location multiple times no issues. Called tonight and nobody picked up 5 times. When we finally got through they said they cannot deliver and have never delivered to our area which is a flat out lie. They are the closest location to our house. We think the problem is the worker we spoke to is too lazy to do his job. Disappointing.

Ordered delivery and when the pizza arrived which is basically a 12 minute drive the pizza was cold. It’s shouldn’t have taken that long for delivery.

It wasn’t great tasting either. Would not recommend this location.

The Papa John’s in Windermere is much better.

I ordered pizza today (Nov 7, 2025, around 5:30–6:30 PM) and made an honest mistake by adding an extra box. I called to cancel one of them, but the staff said it was “already done” and couldn’t be canceled. What doesn’t make sense is that we still waited over 30 minutes for the order to arrive — and we live just 5 minutes away from the store!

I even called customer service to help, but the store insisted it was “on the way.” Clearly, if it took that long, there was still time to cancel. The staff I spoke with — France and the lady working with him — were both so inconsiderate and unhelpful. I understand there are store protocols, but a little understanding and flexibility would go a long way for honest mistakes like this. Very disappointing experience. 👎

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza here from Doordash with Bacon on ONLY half of the pizza . When the order arrived, we found that they put bacon on the whole thing even though the order specifically said only on half. I contacted Doordash and they gave a small 20% refund. I contacted the store directly and they did not acknowledge their mistake or offer any type of help or resolution. They just kept telling me to contact doordash, which I was clear in saying I already did. Very disappointed. I just wanted them to acknowledge that they made an error and try to be helpful but I guess not. I do not recommend at ALL.

1. Found a long hair embedded in the cheese. Really hope staff are wearing hair nets.
2. Pay extra for dipping sauce (specifically the icing) and get 1/3 of the cup full. Very disappointing.
3. Ordered on Uber Eats and got extra toppings but only on half a pizza but still pay full price as if you are putting the topping on the full pizza. How 5 pieces of banana peppers $2? Price needs to reflect half pizza toppings. $1 is way more appropriate.
5. Taste is pretty bland.
4. There was so much crust without topping.
