I ordered the works pizza on Oct 13 Sunday at 12:55 am from uber eats. Uber drivers changed 4 times so I asked them why, and the driver said the staffs in Papa Johns were so slow and my order was not ready for a long time. The worst part is, at the end, my order was cancelled by Papa Johns. I waited for 1 hour.
I was so upset so I re-ordered, and finally got my pizza delivered. The new delivery man also mentioned "don't order pizza from here. They are so slow". The pizza was cut in ridiculous shape and it wasn't taste good. I would rather order from Whyte ave. This is almost 10th time I order pizza from this store and it's getting worse.

We went to this location on a Friday eve and decided to dine in instead of my usual deliveries at work. Nice spacious place with limited seating and even though they were so busy, we got the order really quick. The kids loved the cheese pizza and boneless wings. We also had the Meat pizza and chicken parmesan bites. Both were loaded and delicious! For dessert we went for the cinnamon pull apart, by popular demand and eventhough I'm not a cinnamon fan, they were quite good. I love that their pizzas come with dips and jalapeños. Loved the garlic dip and their spicy dip ! I'm already looking forward to trying their Papadias that look so interesting and their double chocolate brownies! Oh and apparently this location is now under a new management and I can definitely tell the difference ! Definitely coming back for more !

I tried pizza here, one of the best pizzas in whole edmonton. Praj is very friendly. She made the perfect pizza and served us very professionaly and nicely. The owner , Sujit , was very hospitable and nice.Looking forward to come here soon.

The delivery guy Amrith is very friendly and explained about the promotional offers and gave 25% discount coupon for next order.
I recently ordered from Papa John's Jasper ave myself and the experience was outstanding. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious, just as expected. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service from the staff. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was correct and delivered on time. It's always great when a place combines great food with great customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
