I called and placed an order for pickup. I specifically ask the guy who was taking my order if the garlic sauce was the liquid sauce or if it was actually dip and he said it was dip...well no it was the liquid sauce. Are one pizza was supposed to be extra cheese, mushrooms, and pepperoni. Well it was cheese, mushrooms, and pineapple!! He admitted that he thinks he screwed up, but still made us pay full price knowing the pizza is wrong. Needless to say, I will never return to this location and if I could give them a zero star, I would

I was a big fan of Papa John's pizza specially the veggie one. This time I was really disappointed when I placed three orders including a veggie pizza. The veggies on the top as if it doesn't exist. Just a small amount taken by the tip of the finger, barely you find any item. Besides both the cheese and veggie pizza are like thin crust though I didn't ask for it. The chicken wings are the worst by all measures. Paying $85 I was expecting papa John's quality but their store at Tamarak on 17 street needs auditing by the quality control people otherwise they will ruin the reputation of the brand.

Paid 31.80$ for a 14” all meat pizza. Would have been better off getting take and bake from grocery store or frozen pizza. Not much for toppings or cheese. Could see crust through toppings and cheese. Will never order from papa John’s again. Save your money and order from anyone else

This isn’t a knock against the staff. Great to deal with, prompt and friendly. Kudos to them. Ordered a 10” butter chicken pizza. Zero flavour, thin crusted and tasted like cardboard. Veggies were bland and there was nothing to enjoy about it. I rarely order from papa John’s and did it due to proximity. Back to locally owned pizzerias.

Picked pizza within 20 mins and it was damn cold, not property cut, slices were not even separate had to tear them apart, pizza crust hard to chew . I was not expecting this from Papa john’s.kids were really disappointed , wasted my time and money . Not coming back for sure.

Very bad service. Never recommend this store if you like cleanliness. The worker are also so rude. When I went to store He asked me to wait for five minutes your food is in oven. And after 5,10 minutes the manager went out and i ask is it not ready yet, he says i just put it in oven. I was like why you lie he say me if you don’t want you may cancel and go 😬.
