This isn’t a knock against the staff. Great to deal with, prompt and friendly. Kudos to them. Ordered a 10” butter chicken pizza. Zero flavour, thin crusted and tasted like cardboard. Veggies were bland and there was nothing to enjoy about it. I rarely order from papa John’s and did it due to proximity. Back to locally owned pizzerias.

Picked pizza within 20 mins and it was damn cold, not property cut, slices were not even separate had to tear them apart, pizza crust hard to chew . I was not expecting this from Papa john’s.kids were really disappointed , wasted my time and money . Not coming back for sure.

Very bad service. Never recommend this store if you like cleanliness. The worker are also so rude. When I went to store He asked me to wait for five minutes your food is in oven. And after 5,10 minutes the manager went out and i ask is it not ready yet, he says i just put it in oven. I was like why you lie he say me if you don’t want you may cancel and go 😬.
Ordered a "New York Style" pizza, the picture showed a pepperoni and cheese pizza, so I didn't customize. Got the pizza and there's nothing but cheese on it, for 20$!!! I called and they told me it's just the crust that's New York style. Kinda choked, I order the brooklyn style pizza from domino's and it always comes with pepperoni and cheese. Ugh.

Ordered early in the day for pick up. My son collected at the given time. He called me to say that when he arrived home that it was not very warm. We live 2 minutes away. I called the store who looked up the order and was able to tell me what time in went into the oven and when it was cut and boxed. So when my son arrived it had only been sitting under the heat lamp for 4 minutes. We'll that doesn't explain it's lack of heat. Kept telling me the same info of times which wasn't helpful to me. Eventually he said he would remake another pizza. Exceptable, however very disappointed.

I had a coupon and decided to try out Papa John's pizza. I was having issues ordering online so telephoned my order in. The lady who took my order was very friendly and helpful & assisted me with my order. The delivery came within 25 mins. The driver was professional, smiled and called me via phone to let me know he was outside my door with my order. Pizza was amazing and tasty with a good portion of delicious cheesesticks. Price is reasonable and generous size pizza. ?. I would definatley order from Papa John's again. Thankyou for the great customer care amd delivery, keep up the excellent services. I will be ordering again.?
