Location has gone down considerably in terms of service. Found not one, but multiple hairs in my pizza. Staff always stingy and have a hard time giving out the discount codes. Last straw is the staff purposely giving me the wrong code for the discount and the when I tried to order on phone I was put on hold for 3 minutes. Good Luck running a business like this. Take your business elsewhere, tons of other pizza places or even Papa Johns nearby that are much more clean and respect you as a customer.Edit: View all the other comments below, and you can see every person who ordered before closing gets disgusting pizza and horrible service. This is a reoccurring problem but hey at least someone will reply to this and tell me to visit papa johns to file up with my complaint and a free side!

Owners take a lot of pride. We didn't wait long but it took maybe close to an hour for delivery and they felt bad so credited us. Pizza flavor is great. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I'll be honest and say it's not the best pizza I've ever had. But when you want quick and good ..this is the place.

Ordered papa johns 12 inch and fiery buffalo chicken 16 inch. Arrived hot. The pepperoni slices are too thin and crispy, hardly can taste any meat flavour.

The crust was as tough as leather, and the toppings tasted like they were pulled straight from a freezer. Not to mention the abysmal service—the staff seemed more interested in their phones than taking orders. Save your money and your taste buds, and avoid this place at all costs!"

Nasty. Got 2 overpriced pizzas with bacon. The bacon was full of large size pieces of fat the size of nickles. I called to have a new one but he said their bacon comes like that. I asked to have it replaced without bacon he said no. I responded stating that's a shame as I won't return. His response was no worries. Now I understand some fat....but every bite hard large peices of fat. Absolutely nasty.
Great selection of pizzas and extremely delicious! Will definitely order more soon.

For reference, I have over 300 reviews and RARELY give 1 star reviews!This location is under brand new ownership, had zero issues with the previous owner, met him along with the staff, they were great, frequented this location when I could.According to the new owner, they are struggling to be profitable, a detail he relayed to me in our first meeting... Ok, I understand.Since that meeting I have had nothing but grief from the staff here to the point where one of the Workers needed to see "How I was ordering my items" asked to see my ID and then banned me from ever coming back to this location which is laughable since the next Papa Johns is like a 2 minute drive away, you really got me... I still don't understand what the issue was, just some rambling screaming guy and I just don't care, I'll take my business elsewhere.Professionalism is something I value highly and as far as I am concerned this location has rightly earned of the very few 1 star reviews I have ever given out. If this location falls under new ownership, I hope the new owner decides to reach out so I can fix this review.

Ordered pizza from here on Uber eats, I went to go pick it up, however the employee insisted that I had to pay for the food there. I ended up getting double charged from paying on the app, and paying on Uber. This normally should be an easy fix with just a normal refund, however no one there, including the owner had an override code to give me the refund, instead, I have to go all the way back home, and come back into the city, the next day for someone even higher up in the chain of command to give me a refund, for a mistake that can happen so commonly, there should be a much easier way for them to refund the customer :/
