Poor customer service. Ordered through app for pizza to be delivered at a certain time and it was sent an hour early! Management and staff completely useless in resolving this. Order from other locations but STAY AWAY FROM ORCHARDS LOCATION!

We ordered wings, too much salty, horrible taste, too hard, nd too much oil called them back, agent was so rude and arrogant, he did not even apologise, simply said ok and then hang up, i did not even completed my sentence, Never ever had this kind of experience

Tried ordering from here off skip the dishes and they never confirmed my order. Didn’t realize until 30 mins later and my kids are screaming hungry. Such poor customer service they can’t even accept an order and make it.

Just brutal, big time lacking toppings on pizza. I've phoned in to complain twice now (never done this at any restaurant previously or since) and get the same corporate line of we are just following the guidelines, no chance they are. Have never had issues with any other papa johns ever.Look at the 2 pictures, these are what about a third of our 2 pizzas looked like, meatball and pepperoni and donair LOL.Will not be going back here, fool me twice I'm out lol.
