I had skip order pickup from this restaurent . Guy working ask for 10 minutes for pickup . There is no rush at all . These guys dont respect the time of delivery driver . Very poor service . If you cant make orders just dont accept it instead of wasting time for other people .

The manager here is outstanding I had 1 complaint awhile back ago and since then he has always overseen my order his staff pays such great detail to not have issues with my order. They greet us at the door when we pick it up. The manager always follows up with us to ensure nothing but the best. Honestly cannot say enough of this store will 10/10 only order from this location. The manager is outstanding best customer service in a long time. You truly don't see that type of genuine care anymore from the food industry This locations nails it

Back in New Year’s Eve it was top notch, their care for the pizzas has dropped significantly or atleast whenever I order.

The last time I came to this location, they had poor food handling. There were several things going on that made me concerned about cross-contamination. I got a reply on here, it gave me enough confidence to think that I could trust this location again. In good faith, tonight I want to try it again. I gave them a 25% tip, and this is what I got.
I will not be returning to this location.
However, I highly recommend the Papa John's on Blackburn, every experience so far has been flawless.

I ordered through my mobile app, and used a DEAL coupon which said I get a drink free. It even showed on my order page while placing order, but then I didnt receive the item and the store said they have no idea about it.

I ordered a pizza for delivery from this location around 12pm on Oct 29. Pizza was ice cold, I got to know as soon as I get the box from driver. So I didn’t tip the driver and he tried to RACIALLY PROFILED ME when he saw that I didn’t give him tip. THEIR DRIVER SHOULD BE AWARE THAT TIPS ARE EXPECTED IF THEY PROVIDE THE GOOD SERVICE, EVEN AFTER PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE, THE TIP IS CUSTOMER’s WISH. DRIVER SHOULDN’T RACIALLY PROFILED ANYONE JUST FOR TIP. NO WONDER WHY THIS STORE HAS SO MANY BAD REVIEWS, SEEMS LIKE WORST PAPA JOHNS PIZZA LOCATION.

The last time I ordered a pasta bowl, I wasn't missing a quarter. Looks like someone ate some of it. I just grabbed my fork out and uncovered the Tin foil, and I saw this.... I enjoyed going to this location because it's only a 10 minute walk.
