Please read to the end for a wonderful example of how great this place is. We order pizza from Papa John's about monthly and always from this location. The delivery is always early, the pizza hot and driver's polite and courteous. Tonight we ordered a large and a medium pizza and as usual it was delivered 15 minutes early. While the door was open, one of our dogs was trying to get out and the pizza fell out of the box and onto the floor through absolutely no fault of driver. We assured him it was our fault and we would deal with it. Within 20 minutes, the driver had returned with 2 extra large pizzas to replace the 1 large which had fallen and while completely unnecessary, it was so very much appreciated. Thanks so much to you great folks, and we'll continue to be very happy customers!

I recently moved, and this location was new to me. When I was looking online, I saw some people complaining... I thought I'd still give it a chance.
Worth it! I made a mistake on my order, was able to call and they were happy to adjust it. Walking in, smiles greeted me, immediately ready to serve me.
The food was hot, tasty, and everything was well proportioned.
I'm happy, and I recommend this location!

The team at this location are extremely good at what they do. While waiting, and witnessing how quickly and diligently they worked to quickly power trough an intense hockey game dinner rush, was almost as thrilling as the hockey. Despite the lineup of people streaming out of the place, they still managed to have my 2 pizzas and boneless wings ready within 15 minutes. Great food, excellent staff, will definitely be back.

The customer service was not good, i used to work in papa johns before and i know how to talk and solve an issue. My girlfriend Ordered and the coupon didn't go through so she called and the guy was little rude and said he cant do anything. Then maybe it was kinda last moment but Ordered a regular crust pizza they send thin crust. Maybe they are trying to save on doughs. The driver was very nice tough. Will never order again from this location.
They have great pizza and really good prices (especially with their discount codes). And they're always fast

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life... I ordered hawaii pizza with chicken toppings online in Edmonton. The pizza was dry, hard to even bite, with very less of toppings... It was not fresh pizza at all, felt like something they cooked few days ago.... Will not order from them in future... Please do not waste your time and money in this restaurant.

Excellent pizza, very tasty, good service, 4 stars out 5 , i ordered ham and pineapple pizza , and found they were very stingy on the ham, only 1 to 2 pieces on each slice i was disappointed, maybe that can be improved ??, otherwise i love their pizza, and will order from papa johns again !?
