I ordered online for carry out. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:37 pm... they handed it to me at 6:01 pm. Then, the pizza was not very good. Note, I normally go to a different PJ's location, which is consistent and excellent... but I sure won't be back at this location.

Went to get a pizza and ordered online in advance but when i got there they said 5 minutes but i waited way longer than that and then after they said they gave it to another person and they are bringing the pizza back and i will get it which i thought was kinda gross and then I asked how long and they did not know and all of this took half an hour or more of wasted time.

ordered two large pizza , all meat and Hawaiian delivery was fast being only four blocks away but quality of food and amount of topping for two large 12 inch pizza for 50 dollars will never recommend papa johns to anyone , way better pizza places for what you pay and get than papa johns disappointed to say the least .

I had skip order pickup from this restaurent . Guy working ask for 10 minutes for pickup . There is no rush at all . These guys dont respect the time of delivery driver . Very poor service . If you cant make orders just dont accept it instead of wasting time for other people .
The manager here is outstanding I had 1 complaint awhile back ago and since then he has always overseen my order his staff pays such great detail to not have issues with my order. They greet us at the door when we pick it up. The manager always follows up with us to ensure nothing but the best. Honestly cannot say enough of this store will 10/10 only order from this location. The manager is outstanding best customer service in a long time. You truly don't see that type of genuine care anymore from the food industry This locations nails it

The last time I came to this location, they had poor food handling. There were several things going on that made me concerned about cross-contamination. I got a reply on here, it gave me enough confidence to think that I could trust this location again. In good faith, tonight I want to try it again. I gave them a 25% tip, and this is what I got.
I will not be returning to this location.
However, I highly recommend the Papa John's on Blackburn, every experience so far has been flawless.
