Worst pizza I have ever had in my life... I ordered hawaii pizza with chicken toppings online in Edmonton. The pizza was dry, hard to even bite, with very less of toppings... It was not fresh pizza at all, felt like something they cooked few days ago.... Will not order from them in future... Please do not waste your time and money in this restaurant.

Excellent pizza, very tasty, good service, 4 stars out 5 , i ordered ham and pineapple pizza , and found they were very stingy on the ham, only 1 to 2 pieces on each slice i was disappointed, maybe that can be improved ??, otherwise i love their pizza, and will order from papa johns again !?

Answer the phone? What’s that?I ordered a pizza and the good old internet put a random address for delivery… Tried to phone them to give the correct address, immediately after I noticed it wasn’t my address.Was on hold listening to the papa johns commercial on the phone for 45 minutes.Then get a phone call saying “your pizza is here and nobody is at this location”Weird, if you answered the phone about an hour ago you would know this.
Always they are making there pizza with fresh ingredients!

In the past we’ve had success with this Papa John’s location, however after today we probably won’t be ordering again. We ordered off the app and was told it would take 45 minutes. After 55 minutes, and about 20 minutes of the app saying “out for delivery” (app said the pizza would arrive in 4-14 minutes) I thought I should check if it was delivered at the door. It was left at our door in -30 weather and the app still said it was “out for delivery.” The pizza was cold and hard by the time I took it inside, so it would have been outside for a while. We even called the location to talk to them about this and they refused to rectify the issue. If we had just been waiting for the app to tell us our pizza was delivered, who knows how long our pizza would have been outside for; even after we talked to them on the phone, the app still said the pizza was “out for delivery.”
