The pizza was good but we ordered delivery and I watched the driver pull up and so I went outside and waited for 5 minutes but he never left the car so I thought I must have been mistaken so I went back inside since it was a bit cold out (it was almost 1am) and I could see his car from inside and then another few minutes later I watched him get out of his car and grab the pizza and then approach the gate. As I was accepting it from him, he was just on the phone with someone and barely paying attention. Not the biggest of issues but it was a bit annoying since I stood there waiting while he was on call with someone in his car.

My Husband ordered a large double pepperoni & double cheese pizza, which came out to $30; the pizza had next to no toppings & was only about 1/4 inch thick. Customer service was the absolute worst & the pizza we would not serve to a starving pig. Very disappointed with this place, its food and its service. We do not recommend this place to anyone!

The white little fat guy isn’t giving a good customer service. I don’t know he is the owner or he is a worker but the other staff is good. He doesn’t know how to attend customers so I suggest Dont order from the

Used the app. App said when it left in delivery. I live 5-6 minutes away. Took 25 minutes to arrive and arrived cold. Delivery guy gave me attitude because I wouldn’t tip him for delivering cold pizza. Called for support and was told “Just leave bad “. Unbelievably bad experience.

I had ordered a medium 'The Works' pizza last night, (minus the black olives) while my spouse had ordered a medium Hawaiian, plus I also ate the garlic Parmesan bread sticks which was very good. I ate more of them with ranch dip than I had my pizza. (crust could have been thicker- it was more on the thin side)However: around 4 AM last night, I found my stomach was churning and I was fighting off the urge to vomit! We live in a basement suite with a 'shared' bathroom so I didn't quite make it to the toilet in time, and had to clean up my mess on the common area's floor. (was mostly liquid like watery tomato juice)A half hour or so later, after having gone back to bed, I found I had to go to the bathroom AGAIN, and this time I had completely emptied out my bowels, if you know what I mean. :(I had never ordered take-out from this location before, and this morning found my spouse was also telling me he too has had an upset stomach and was having to use the toilet this morning. This was rather disappointing to say the least, and no take-out pizza chain had ever made me so violently ill before. My spouse is not a fan of getting take-out pizza for this very reason and was saying, 'I told you so!'. Except for the leftover garlic bread which I really like, I otherwise will be throwing out the rest of my 'works' pizza, and he won't be eating the rest of his Hawaiian I don't think either. There's just something in their tomato sauce that did NOT agree with either of us. :(Also, the face of the establishment, who is either Pakistani or an Asian woman who took our order at the front counter we found could barely understand my spouse and doesn't speak or understand English very well. We found that we had to repeat certain things like the fact that I did NOT want black olives on my pizza. We will not be coming back to Papa Johns after this negative experience. For $63 total what my spouse paid, it was not worth the money. He had eaten the last of his Hawaiian pizza today, but commented that it was 'bland'. Minutes after, he said that he was burping it up, same as I was very late last night before I threw it up. Me, I threw out the rest of my own pizza. I give this location a 2 and a 1/2 star rating out of 5.

Won’t ever go back. Would not change out the garlic dip for any other kind, owner says it’s too expensive? All 3 pizzas were barely warm with hardly any cheese. Too much crust. Was a regular at Papa Johns, but not anymore. Very disappointed.

The manager of this papa Johns is not interested in staying open until closing time, providing quality service or taking complaints. If you ever have any issues the any of the subStandard pizzas products or employees at this location you’ll be promptly told to leave and refused service.Employees at this papa johns have become accustomed to refusing service because if anything is to hard it’s not worth doing. They need better ingredients to a better pizza staff but instead they have a manager so unprofessional he decided it was with in the scope of his role to pick a fight in the parking lot at 12:30 am and n a Thursday morning and have to argue his way out of an assault charge with four sworn EPS members in the parking lot like a homeless person. There’s definitely room for improvement and hiring better people is an easy first step. I’d recommend hiring staff that do NOT get involved in drunken brawls in the parking lot.Cheers,Reg V.P.S if the manager in question is reading this EPS have been contacted and you will be going to jailKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly unless you’re a family of hillbillies/Hoodrats

The woman who answered the phone today and then served us in person was so rude and outrageously miserable. She didnt get our order right (and this order was to replace a previous mistake) and then she got angry with us for her mistakes. Apparently you cannot call stuffed crusts cheese crust. There were so few toppings on the pizza and hardly any cheese. I really liked the owner when they first opened but now the staff and lack of service is a serious downgrade. I will not be going there if its the last pizza restaurant in the country. The lady at the front needs to go!
