Complete horrible service, they charged me twice when I ordered on line, the owner/ general manager refused to call me for days, then when he did tryed to say I was lieing, tryed to say I got it back, once showed the bank statements and I didn't get ir back he then refused to help saying deal with my bank while my bank says it's papa johns stay far away from this location!!
Nice customer service, food is great. Mani is a good worker, he suggested nice reccomendations for me. Great place.

We ordered pizza and garlic knots. Pizza was decent but knots were below average. Knots were Not cooked properly.

Worst Papa John’s location. Go to Terwillegar for better quality. I live in Windermere and will only order from Winterburn Road location or Terwillegar. They skimp on toppings and quality. Customer service is non existent.

Absolutely disgusting business practices. Avoid this place at all costs! Ordered pizza at 6:30 PM and tracking showed approximately 40 minutes. By 7:30 PM I had not received my pizza and the tracker showed delivered. Called the restaurant and the first staff member advised that he spoke with the delivery driver who said they delivered it. I explained it must’ve been delivered to the wrong house as I did not receive it. Staff member argued that he’s looking at the photo the delivery driver took and that it is the right house. I explained that if it was the right house, I’d have my pizza and had to tell the staff member to Google maps my address and he would notice it wouldn’t match the photo the driver took. Staff member explained he would have to look into this with the owner and call me back in 30 mins. Did not receive a call back so I called back and the lady staff member who answered advised that she was supposed to call me but forgot. She then proceeded to tell me that her colleague told her to tell me that again, it was delivered to the right house. I had to explain all over again that it was not the right house and I’d have my pizza if it was correct. She then put me on hold to grab another staff member. This now 3rd staff member got on the phone and yet again, advised that they had delivered to the right house. For a 3rd time, I had to re-explain that it was delivered to the wrong house and to Google maps it. Staff member put me on hold and grabbed a 4th member. This 4th staff member advised he searched my address on Google maps and confirmed that it in fact did NOT match the picture the delivery driver took. He advised he would send a new order out right away and include free pizza. I advised I did not want the free pizza and wanted a refund to which he replied that the store is unable to provide refunds as it was ordered through the website. He told me that in order to get a refund, I would have to submit a feedback form online. I’ve submitted the feedback form and also called the customer service line to which I got a response stating that the refunds are issued by the store itself! Owner reached out to me to apologize and offer free pizza which again, is not what I want as I requested a refund. Owner refused to provide a refund and used the excuse that his staff are new. Staff being new has nothing to do with this and frankly is a lame excuse. It is basic common courtesy to not treat your customers as if they’re liars. It is also extremely ridiculous that I received my pizza 3 hours later! All of this non-sense and hassle and the owner refuses to give a refund and just offers free pizza? For what? So I can have it delivered to the wrong house again? No thank you! Complete joke of a franchise. If you enjoy being disrespected and called a liar, definitely come here! Based on previous reviews here, I guarantee the owner will respond to this review as usual stating the issue was resolved with “free pizza” because that will definitely “fix” everything and make everything all better! (Sarcasm)

Embarrassingly bad customer service, will not support this business again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered pizza for a small gathering at ~6 pm, we did not receive the pizza since driver delivered to wrong house. Staff accused us of lying and needed PROOF that the house they delivered us was not our house, and it took hours dealing with multiple staff on the phone, plus the owner to finally receive our order hours later. Recommend staff be trained with some basic customer service skills on resolving problems immediately with customers rather than giving them a run around.

The delivery driver delivered the pizza to the wrong address. So, we finally called to see where our pizza was, and he claimed he delivered it. We assured him it was at the wrong address. He said he would go back to the shop and ask the manager what to do in this situation. We didn't hear back from them, so we had to call on our own accord. After talking with multiple staff, who claimed it was delivered to the right address, we all finally agreed that it was delivered to the wrong house after hours of arguing. So, we finally got our pizza at the right address, 2.5 hours later, after all of our hungry guests left. What an absolute joke. Do not order from this place, unless you want your pizza to go missing, or to be talked down to by management.

I ordered the bogo and they only sent one pizza.. I called and they were no help wasting my time and rude don’t have bogo if you won’t honour it pathetic I feel like they stole my money I would have ordered something else for that price
