I had scheduled an order for pick up and to my surprise, when I arrived I had to wait another full 20 minutes until my order was ready. They told me it would be another 5 minutes and it was not communicated to me clearly when the order would be ready by. The service was not friendly at all and the establishment had uncomfortable benches to sit and wait. It wasn’t very cleanly either.

This location is easily the best with getting my custom order ready every time. Plus the pizza is always fresh, they are way more than generous with the toppings, and their delivery drivers are the best in the biz. My go-to place for pizza on the north side.

No cheese 3 inch crust $26 xl cheese pizza outrageous. When I returned the pizza and asked for a refund was told no refunds. asked for my receipt and still wouldn’t give it to me . Only thing was offered was a remake which I had no choice but to accept as they wouldn’t honor my refund nor give my receipt . Will not b returning

I got veggie pizza from the location yesterday morning . It was delicious and there was lots of toppings and were very fresh. The staff was polite too. I recommend everyone to go and try at that location. specifically thanks to the girl for making teasty pizza.we will come again ?

We received a pizza and garlic bread sticks. On the pizza we requested peppers, beef, bacon and mushrooms. The toppings looked like they had been put through a blender and then sprinkled on like confetti. The toppings were 3 inches from the edge of the pizza crust. The bread sticks were under cooked and very doughy. If this is what all Papa Johns are like I will not recommend Papa Johns pizza or bread sticks. This was the worst pizza we have ever had. Yuck !!

I love the ladies and gentlemen who cook and deliver all day for us :) The chicken Parmesan Bites are amazing, they cook it fast every time and always are so kind!! I go here all the time and it’s always great!
My pizza was good, my husbands was made with the wrong toppings. He said that the crust was chewy. The staff seemed unsure as to enter the kind of pizza into the register. They spoke in another language so, I am unsure what the confusion was about.

So yesterday i places an order and not only was it over a hour and 20 minutes late but i want back to the store for a refund and which i still havent gotten yet from them so not only do they make bad pizza that wont get delivered on time they dont know how to gave refunds back very bad location.its seem like they never have manager or anyone in charge who can actually speak english and the fact u have to wait over hour for a simple order is horrible.Coming from a men who been order for this location for years i wont be doing that forever again castledowns papa pizza sucks ????????????they also called the cops on me if your of colour decent please dont go to this location for your own safety. I think they should closed down this location in my opinion.
