They used to have great pizza and wings. The last two times my pizza I’ve noted has hardly any toppings, was not well done as ordered and the wings were flavourful, but soggy. Pretty disappointing

We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, for the deal buy one get one free. We ordered thinking we was gonna get 2 pizzas but we only received 1. We called this location but we got no help. the workers was rude saying i was lying even tho i only got 1 pizza. When we got the pizza there was a slice missing from it. i don't know if it was the delivery guy or worker who took it but i am very mad and disappointed about your service. This place should shut down. I deserve my other pizza. and an apology this moment.

Horrible ! Was given uncooked breadsticks when I called the women who refused too give me her name and the manager names said “sorry I’ll be more careful next time !” She did replace the breadsticks but only after I argued and her other resolution was “I’ll give you 40 percent off a new order!” Hell no ! Lady you’ll give me a free new batch of breadsticks. Listen I wasn’t trying too get free food ! I even brought back the raw uncooked breadsticks and I showed her ! She blamed it on the air !! I said feel this ! Does feel like cooked or is eating play doh acceptable! She claims her manager is out of town so I cannot speak with him ! Unbelievable! Does this lady not realize that eating raw pizza dough can cause food poisoning! But don’t forget people ! She will try next time to get them cooked.

I had scheduled an order for pick up and to my surprise, when I arrived I had to wait another full 20 minutes until my order was ready. They told me it would be another 5 minutes and it was not communicated to me clearly when the order would be ready by. The service was not friendly at all and the establishment had uncomfortable benches to sit and wait. It wasn’t very cleanly either.

This location is easily the best with getting my custom order ready every time. Plus the pizza is always fresh, they are way more than generous with the toppings, and their delivery drivers are the best in the biz. My go-to place for pizza on the north side.

No cheese 3 inch crust $26 xl cheese pizza outrageous. When I returned the pizza and asked for a refund was told no refunds. asked for my receipt and still wouldn’t give it to me . Only thing was offered was a remake which I had no choice but to accept as they wouldn’t honor my refund nor give my receipt . Will not b returning

I got veggie pizza from the location yesterday morning . It was delicious and there was lots of toppings and were very fresh. The staff was polite too. I recommend everyone to go and try at that location. specifically thanks to the girl for making teasty pizza.we will come again ?

We received a pizza and garlic bread sticks. On the pizza we requested peppers, beef, bacon and mushrooms. The toppings looked like they had been put through a blender and then sprinkled on like confetti. The toppings were 3 inches from the edge of the pizza crust. The bread sticks were under cooked and very doughy. If this is what all Papa Johns are like I will not recommend Papa Johns pizza or bread sticks. This was the worst pizza we have ever had. Yuck !!
