I ordered pizza 2 weeks ago with 2L pop, everything was delivered but the pop. Called to let them know, and they said the driver was on his way...still waiting for him. Never even got a call to give me a refund.

My pizza was good, my husbands was made with the wrong toppings. He said that the crust was chewy. The staff seemed unsure as to enter the kind of pizza into the register. They spoke in another language so, I am unsure what the confusion was about.

So yesterday i places an order and not only was it over a hour and 20 minutes late but i want back to the store for a refund and which i still havent gotten yet from them so not only do they make bad pizza that wont get delivered on time they dont know how to gave refunds back very bad location.its seem like they never have manager or anyone in charge who can actually speak english and the fact u have to wait over hour for a simple order is horrible.Coming from a men who been order for this location for years i wont be doing that forever again castledowns papa pizza sucks ????????????they also called the cops on me if your of colour decent please dont go to this location for your own safety. I think they should closed down this location in my opinion.

Its the 3 time now the delivery guys late over 20 min ..sometimes it’s happening but when u got a text said u delivery guys its outside and asking for send a tips before i get see the delivery guys it’s awful

Food was quick and delicious! Honestly maybe it’s just that I haven’t had Papa John’s in a while, but I don’t remember it being this good. Ordered for pickup and it was ready ahead of schedule.Location is a little cramped and dark, but it’s an older building so you can’t really fault them for it.

I had worst customer service from this lady who took orders in the evening . She showed her attitude to me two different times when I placed from a deal which was posted on their shop window . Never back to this place again as long as this staff is here. Food was great only her attitude needs to change. She would have behaved well if my skin looked different. Wish I could took the owner directly.
