Very poor customer service i was very unhappy with the experience i wish there would be a option for 0 stars i just went there to grab pizza and one brown guy who works there was making fun of my bag and started laughing at me when i said pls don’t laugh he was very rude and asked me to leave store right away. That was worst customer experience i have ever had i will recommend no one should go there.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience interacting with them and the pizza was really great. They didn't cheap out on the toppings. Definately recommend this location. The atmosphere is just your basic pizza pickup.

Ordering from Papa Johns is always a good experience for me .Staff and manager is all time friendly and kind .They never keep you waiting at store or online and if any delay staff as well as drivers always apologize ,which is a good behaviour .

This is supposed to be a beef and onion pizza. Where is the beef? What a joke Could they put any less ingredients on this pizza? I may has well been served a piece of dough…ridiculous if I could add photos I would! Not happy at all would never order again! Not recommended at all!!

Worst pizza I ever had. I ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza and can not even taste it, not edible very very sour. I called the store and they were saying that taste is very normal. They do not want to admit even. I got a call from them they can offer me 20% off on next visit. That's all they are willing to do. So do a favour for yourself do not order from this Granville papa johns instead order somewhere else. Please check google reviews before you order. They even told me to go on line and place a review. I will call head office to let them know too.

Do not expect to get the same number of toppings if you use a coupon code. As soon as you enter a code that gets you a good deal the restaurant will make sure you don't by cutting way back in the amount of toppings you get. I guess they don't realize coupon codes are designed to get them new business or to create some loyalty with existing customers. When cheap owners pull garbage like this it's a great way to make sure customers never come back to your restaurant and they tell all their friends to never go to your restaurant. I hope it was worth it to rip me off on toppings because I used a coupon code and saved some money.

We have been ordering from this location weekly for years now and the last few times the quality of the pizza has dropped significantly. This on its own isn't a big deal because mistakes can be made but having to deal with the managers is what hurts this location the worst. No matter how dry or how little toppings they give you the managers will always argue with you instead of just trying to make it right.
