We have been ordering from this location weekly for years now and the last few times the quality of the pizza has dropped significantly. This on its own isn't a big deal because mistakes can be made but having to deal with the managers is what hurts this location the worst. No matter how dry or how little toppings they give you the managers will always argue with you instead of just trying to make it right.

MICE and RAW pizza dough!!! Not only did we see 2 mice in store but Everyone be aware that papa johns pizza in winterburn served us raw pizza dough, when we went back to tell them they said this is their regular dough which is very concerning. We never write posts like this to throw anyone under the bus but when it comes to food safety I really wanted people to use their own judgment. Now to praying we don’t get E. coli. Read reviews below too!!! Not the first time.

We drove 5 hours, had tired trouble. Took the car to get repaired and walked to Papa John's to get a pizza. It was freezing out and I was pregnant. The workers were nice and our pizza was made quickly and tasted great. The owner or manager came out and barked at us for eating our pizza. There were 4 chairs and non were being used. He yelled saying "We are not a restaurant! You can't sit there." We finished eating our pizza in the cold outside with nowhere to sit for my pregnant self. I suggest they put up a sign or speak kindly to their customers. I was shocked and embarrassed to be treated in such a way. We will NOT be returning.
I ordered a large thin crust philly cheese pizza. They advertise this nice cheesy strechy typical pizza. 30.89 for it. I mean 30 dollars right! You gonna get something good. Well!!....thin crust was thicker than the toppings! It was gross...barely any alfredo sauce at all. Was dry. Little flakes of meat. It was just worth all together at best 15.00. PIZZA HUT is better for half that garbage.I went back to show proof of what I ordered AND best they can do is 20% off my next order! Lmao.NOPE IM GOOD. KEEP THE WELFARE PIZZA. I DO NOT WANT IT!!.
