Ordered two pizzas. One they didn't give a dip the other was damaged and wasn't even sealed. Also one of the pizza the dough was undercooked. Also your app says order is ready for pickup when the pizza is not even in the oven yet. Terrible

It's an absolutely terrible parking lot though. The only entrance is off the avenue and is a single lane all the way around the building.

I ordered from this place often because their pizza is fantastic. One night I ordered garlic sticks for pick up. I had an emergency come up. I forgot to grab them. I called them probably an hour and a half later to offer to pay for the sticks and they actually told me not to worry about it, and they aren’t gonna charge me for the sticks. That’s a stand up place. 5 stars

I think new management, ...No toppings, no cheese 2 inches around ..which make half the pizza crust, if I want bread I''l go the bakery...pretty bad!!!

Order two 5 topping pizza but placed it under a specialty pizza by customizing it so each had 5 toppings. This turned out to be a bad idea as it voided the special even though at the end of the day each pizza had 5 items. Thank you Pappa John's for your semantics and not giving me the coupon for something that I qualified for. Tried customer service to see if they could help but they like semantics as well. I paid the full amount cause I did order the pizza but at least it was for my very last pizza from Pappa John's.
