This was such a great place, I like the atmosphere and also tasty and hot food, I like the variety of menu, so many different choices, the prices are competitive and the high food quality is worth to try. I don't mind to support small business and this pizza store is worth for me to do that. My family and friends are so like to come to this location since the stuffs are so friendly, and they even remember my name. I don't used to write such sort of review but I think this is an exception, I really want to compliment this store.

It was such an extremely busy yesterday, I brought my children out for trick n treat before I went to pickup my order at this store, there was so many people but I was really quick to get attention and i got my order from one of the staff in no time, he was really helpful and so kind. I saw the way of how he handled other people order, he was so quick and polite. He greeted me with big smile. I was cheered up by him and I definitely would come back some other days.

I went to this store 2 days ago, and I usually don't write any feedback but except this time I really want to say something about this store that the staffs really did fantastic job on serving their customers, I could see that while I was waiting in queue. Fast and polite , so helpful. The foods were fresh and delicious! I ordered meat, work, bbq chicken pizzas for my party and my friends were impressed with the taste and freshness, none of them I was shocked to know that they hadn't tried Papa Johns ever before, but after this time, they were all agree to order next time. Anyway, I was glad that my party food cheered up my friends. You guys rock!

very good location convenience, easy to find a parking spot, love the food here and so many choices, I ordered cookie, brownie so delicious, I also want to praise the excellent, fast service of the store staffs, I was so impressed, especially in a hurry, so hungry.' One of the staff came to help opening door for me when I carried my baby in my arms, it was very nice of doing this day. My order of large veggie and meat pizzas were so good, mouth water came out, my kids loved them so much. I will definitely order from this store soon, looking forward to have the yummy food. Kudo to the staffs at this location.

Ordered through Uber and the store never gave my food to the driver, Uber would not reimburse me, so i called the store and they charged me another $5 for their store to deliver, and they forgot my drink. Never going to order from the store again. When the food arrived, it was cold, and my chicken wings were pink.

Very Bad service. Pizza was burnt and oily all 4 pizza are damage and not acceptable..Its my Son's birthday party and we are very disappointed..its not worth it owner/Manager Jim is not cooperative and not willing to help.. i will not recommend this to anyone.

Don't waste your time at this location. Huge lack of common sense. Manager doesn't understand English, nor ingredients. Staff barely speak, just smile. Horrible experience. Left without pizza to go elsewhere.

Staff is friendly and Pizza made well but they are EXTREMELY CHEAP on toppings. It won't kill you to put more than one piece of mushroom per slice.

Ordered a pizza and it was terrible. I got it for 3 of us. We have ordered papa johns before. There was no sauce. We called and best they could do is half off. I wanted refund because it was that bad. Just wont order from there again. Maybe I'll skip the papa John's.

I placed an online order and received the completely wrong pizza. When I called to address the issue, I was told I’d have to come to the store to pick up a replacement — even though I had paid for delivery. The pizza I received was overly greasy, and the crust was so hard it was inedible. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. I strongly recommend choosing a different location.
