Ordered regular pizzas and gluten free, but they labeled them incorrectly. So I ate a good amount of a slice before my husband noticed. When he called, he was told it wasn't their fault and that he had to go through Uber eats. Our order through Uber eats was correct, so the labelling was on Papa John's. They were completely unwilling to do anything and seemed to not care.

So I went in today to order me and my family some fresh made pizza and the woman working there was very rude. I had my order almost all ready to go and pay for it but she wouldn't put donair sauce on the papadia I wanted to get So I had to go all the way to 17th papa Johns and they did it no problem. Will never be ordering anything from that location ever again and I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear of that location.

Today we went to there location for pizza and the staff are very rudely. As we requested to add some sauces at the top of pizza they said in a badly manner we can’t do that one. Rarely a very bad experience first time in my life.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and I added special instructions for it to be well done and clean cut but it was not and today I went there to talk about this issue, the lady there who was working was very rude to me, she was not even listening and said to me ' You don't know how things work'. She was staring at me like I did a crime, on the other side I was trying to be polite. She doesn't know how to treat customers and should be fired immediately, I also work at a papa johns store and this is not how we treat customers. Never gonna order from this store again. I am highly disappointed.
