It’s sad that there are so many bad reviews about this place and the management hasn’t done anything to improve their quality. My main annoyance is the Asian guy that works there. He is terrible at everything, I am very positive that he’s the main cause of all these complaints. I hope the management can fix this, because it’s really sad losing loyal customers. I have had so many bad orders and I have decided never to order from papa Johns since this is the closest location to my house.

.do not understand the rationale behind the negative comments. My experience was exemplary. The delivery personnel were commendable and the food exceeded expectations, surpassing the quality of other pizza establishments with its premium ingredients. In my estimation, Papa John's delivers exceptional pizza. I wholeheartedly endorse it, particularly in light of the Oilers' playoff win. The experience was notably enhanced, thank you. A FAN

By far the worst papa johns I have ever eaten from. Food tasted old, was dry and cold along with the pepper it comes with was a shriveled up and seemed like it was sitting out for a quite sometime. The side I ordered was also not even made properly. 0/10 this location I would never recommend to friends & family.

I ordered 6 pizzas for my son’s birthday at a trampoline playground to be delivered. Right at the time when all guests were waiting for the food, I found out that my order never went through! Basically we did not have enough time to eat pizza as we had to leave the play ground. The manager called me and explained that the person who took the order was in training and couldn’t complete the order. I had a very bad experience today and I will never take a risk and order pizza with them.
Awesome experience, The Pizza was ready in 15 minutes and the garlic dipping sauce was melted!

I want to give 1 star to the company, but not the location. I order online all the time and now somehow I'm 5 minutes from 2 locations and am not in anyone's delivery area. I will say, that the jasper Ave location is who typically delivers. They send papa bowls with 2/3 the amount of any other location, and after canceling my online order hung up on me when I called to place an order.
The guy's on 82 st tried to figure out a solution with me and gave the proper amount when I picked up. I will be going back.

I ordered on Uber eats and when the food arrived the pizza sauce that came with the cheese sticks tasted fermented and made up bubbling noise when mixed around…. Hope this place gets shut down via food safety inspection soon as judging by the other reviews stuff like this is common here.

The male cashier the short one who works at 82st and 119 Ave location has a very bad attitude. I have never seen someone who hates his job like that. I had to leave and buy from a different pizza franchise.
