Pretty disappointed I ordered 3 pizzas from here paid for extra pepperoncinis and they were all gross and dehydrated when I opened the first box when I asked for more the girl took her bare hands and grabbed a handful from the back and tried to put in in the box with my pizza. I didn’t check the other boxes until I get home and the rest were full of gross rotten peppers….We paid extra for 3 rotten peppers.

I just ordered pizza and my bill is around 26$. And i pay cash and gave him 20 bills the rest is coins. And suddenly he told next time he can't accept coins more than 2$. I wondering why he can't accept 6$ coins it's cash?

It was an expensive version of a dr.oetker pizza from Walmart. I picked it up and awkwardly mine was the only one there alone on the shelf. cold alone and gross. Sorta like my last boyfriend. this will be my last time ordering from papa johns.

We got meatlovers pizza and breadsticks and it was excellent. The lovely employees even made us smile and laugh.
I ordered thru Skip the Dishes. I ordered Garlic parmesan wings. Instead I got Hot wings. I hate Hot wings!! I called the 82 street location, I got EXTREMELY rude customer service. And he said I had to contact Skip the Dishes. SKIP the dishes sats, the Restaurant is responsible for the correct order. He also blamed the delivery driver. Now I LOVE Papa John's, but I do not deserve Rude customer service. I wasn't rude. I just WASTED $26, for something I will never eat!

First, I would like to say we’ve been ordering from this location for about 10 years. Overall the food taste good, the delivery was lightening fast but the last couple of years we’ve started ordering less and less.I’m not sure what has changed, but over the last couple of years we’ve been receiving more undercooked pizzas than fully cooked. The last few times we’ve asked for them to be well-done to ensure they are at least fully cooked, to no avail. We’ve called about it, had pizzas refunded and replaced, but it seems as if the standard of cook is only consistent after the first order has to be replaced.It’s for this reason we choose other pizza places over Papa Johns most of the time and when we give it another chance, like last night, we get yet another undercooked pizza. It’s so consistently inconsistent that we didn’t even bother calling about the undercooked pizza last night, just about the drink that they sent wrong.

Inconsistent pizzas the few times I've ordered here. Toppings and cheese fall off when I pick up a slice. Looks unsanitary in there overall so I question the safety of food preparation. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered a classic pizza with pineapples and grilled chicken twice. The first time it was good. However, the second time I could barely see any chicken on the pizza. See the attached photo. I called the store to complain and the guy who answered said they changed the policy? Safe to say I’m never ordering from PJ again.
