Ordered through Uber service was great, food absoltuley garbage and all be sticking with small mom and pop shops or donair shops. Pizza is undercooked , wings are undercooked, payed almost 10 more for toppings and there's almost nothing that I payed for. Absoltuley disgraceful considering papa John's used to be my number one and this helped me remember why I won't use them again. You want good pizza go to canadian choice

Terrible experience at this Papa John’s on Stony Plain Road. One of the staff members literally came in from outside — still wearing his jacket — and started putting pizzas in boxes with his bare hands right after driving. No gloves, no handwashing, nothing. That’s a huge food safety concern. The store also didn’t look clean, and my order took over an hour to be ready. Very unprofessional and unsafe. This location really needs better hygiene, training, and management oversight.

I ordered from here a lot of times and it takes 8 minutes to my house and it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get to my house and the pizza was ice cold. Really disappointed

Both of the pizzas we got were just flat bread with some pizza toppings - no crust, no flavor. The parm breadsticks? You could see the few little lines of drizzle they put on, and we didn't even get a half full marinara. Jalapeño poppers? A sliced Jalapeño inside some bread - literally nothing else. We got enough for leftovers but ended up throwing everything out after we tried everything. I think we should get a refund - i thought that this being a chain, it would be similar to the others in town, but it was so much worse.

Ordered through skip. Arrived cold. Looked and tasted like it had been sitting on a shelf for hours. We threw it out. Won’t be ordering from, or attending, this place again.

I don't normally do bad reviews, but this one I just can't shake off. The bad experience started with my order not being fulfilled on time. I ordered my Pizza at 6:41pm and it said it would be ready in approx. 10 mins. I get there at 6:52pm and it's not done, which is fine. Lady said to give them 6-7 mins. It's 7:07pm and still no sign of my pizza. I ask them again and they seemingly forgot to make my pizza... The biggest issue came after though. I got home with the pizza and find there was a long strand of hair on the pizza... I picked it off and threw away the two pizzas it touched. When we almost finished the pizza, we saw there was another hair on the pepper too. That being said. Never ordering from here ever again. I am definitely NOT impressed with the service nor the quality of the food.
This will be the first and last time I order pizza from here, what I disappointment !!!! I ask for light sauce and I get no sauce so it’s dough and toppings but there’s barely any toppings like wow !!! Waited for 30 mins for shit pizza !

This location is more miss than hit. The majority of the time the pizza is doughy/ chewy and the toppings are sparse. They are consistently not wearing hairnets whenever I come to pick my pizza up. Makes me wonder what other standard health safety practices they are not obeying. Too bad as this is a convenient location, but the inconvenience of going somewhere else is worth getting halfway decent pizza.

Pizza delivery was ordered here for the first time today.Pepperoni pizza. There were a couple of very thin dried pieces of pepperoni and a couple of mushrooms on it. Everything is visible in the photo. The photos on the website and the pizza in reality are radically different.It was our very sad experience. We will not order large ones and we do not recommend it to anyone.
