Papa Murphy's Pizza

Placed an order online for 3 pizzas one if which we needed to have non dairy cheese due a person being lactose intolerant. Arrived to pick up the pizza and was told that they did not have dairy free cheese so they didn't put any cheese on that pizza. Uh what? I'm not sure why I'd didn't get a text or a call asking what I wanted to do in this situation. Seems odd to sell me a pizza with no cheese. Isn't that the same as selling me a car with no paint? Off to the grocery store to find non dairy cheese.

Worst part is I had to ask for money back that I paid extra online for the non dairy cheese. I'm guessing that should have been an automatic thing to do as well as a "sorry about that." That should have at least been the minimum. I'm not sure how they're online store works but it would be nice if a note or something could be added to each store who is missing inventory because I would have gone elsewhere to get these pizzas. Maybe that's why they don't do that?

It's been years since I've been in to this location and I suspect it will years again before I'm back.

I went to papa Murphys tonight and I had the nicest lady help me and make my pizza her name was Khushi and she was such a nice lady and it made my experience much better . I will keep going there as often as I can because I live in the area !!

Absolutely terrible experience tonight. Pizza was supposed to be ready for 4:40pm (take home and bake pizza) but was not ready until 5:30.
I was patient and understating as they were very busy.
The main issue, is that after all that waiting, they still messed up the pizza by putting on the wrong toppings.
I will never return here.

Always has friendly staff, the store is clean and always quick to make the freshest pizzas. Can’t beat the price either for promotions!

Vegetarian options: I’m a fan of the garden veggie! It’s consistently good

I get the double pizza Chicago style (one pizza on top of another pizza. It's huge and delicious. I take it home and bake it. I also got their gluten free pizza for my celiac friends and she made a point of saying " I'm washing my hands so I don't contaminate it" and was super diligent about being careful about cross contamination of gluten. I thought that was really nice!

Found this after cooking the pizza. Ew

Rick Ingram was in again. Kĥushi was there again. She remembered my order and charged correctly. Looks great food.

Really unfortunate experience tonight. Ordered around 735pm. I understand you close at 8pm on Mondays. The website said the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. I had ordered a dairy free cheese pizza. When my spouse arrived to pick up in over 10 minutes.. he was told that there is no dairy free cheese and "it's close to closing time, so I couldn't call you and tell you there was no dairy free cheese." He replied ok then light cheese.. but she had already made the pizza with regular cheese and said she will just take off some cheese.. then he asked instead for a refund for the pizza and she just stared at him blankly. So we now have a pizza I can't eat. He also had to wait 15 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready. The employee was very concerned with being "close to closing time" that the service was very poor. We ordered with plenty of time and this interaction doesn't seem fair. I think this deserves a refund.

Pushi was excellent. I got there minutes after they opened and she was out sweeping in front of the store. She got the invoice correctly (again); I’ve had poor results with invoices with others.

Vegetarian options: Gourmet vegetarian doesn’t taste like it has no meat. It’s excellent.

I would give a zero if I couldThe order took 1 hour 20 minutes 1 pizza was wrong I swear 1 pizza had a hole in the centre and the skip driver slide the pizzas so 1 pizza had cheese and topping slide off 1 side of the order. I spent 140$ + deliveries absolutely frustrating . When I called the restaurant they said sorry we are busy. This type of service is just unacceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant at all

We placed an order at 12pm for 5:30 delivery, they accepted the order and sent a confirmation that it would be delivered then. It is now 6:30 and we have had no update from them.We cannot contact them as the phone goes straight to voicemail and the email would likely not get checked in time to make any difference.Extremely disappointed.Going to go to the store and try to get a refund or a pizza now, will update after.Edit: we drove to the store and they said they got a lot of orders and couldn’t fulfil them all in time. One of the 2 staff members said that we didn’t have it so bad because the Skip driver behind me had been waiting 50 mins in the store for his order.Just as bad they only refund 50% of orders when they miss them and cause a 2 hour delay. Ridiculous.Extremely disappointed and will not be returning ever, Red Swan it is for me!Edit 2: they are now harassing me by text and call to remove this review, which I will not do.
