Well, new to the area. This was in a very convenient spot for pick up. It was an excellent pizza and I phoned ordered. Very friendly. This was my first order. Won't be my last.

Ordered online the Signature Stuffed Chicken Bacon pizza to go, when arrived for pick up wrong pizza, ok is fine, the lady does it again, and give me stuffed crust chicken bacon… and i said no it is the signature stuffed chicken bacon, and she goes and checked the receipt, ah yes sorry i will do it again! Now i have 20min waiting here, and the store is empty no one is here waiting for pizzas.

the service was great, the staff was quite friendly and was interested to tell about the every day deals . i tried the pizza and dough was very fresh and they made the whole pizza in front of my eyes . so i was very happy that the hygiene and the freshness was on top . would highly recommend it . do visit them

Had a great experience here! The service was quick, and the new management is doing a fantastic job. Everyone was sweet and friendly. The food was really good, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Special mention to Harjot —she was amazing!

I've come to this specific location multiple times over the years, and I've never had this much of an issue at any location. This location either just recently switched ownership twice within the last few months or the employees were lying about this being their first day. All three of them struggled with the debit machine (which is fair, technology sucks) instead of one of them fixing up my order. I had ordered a pan pizza, which is more expensive than a normal one, only to find out when I'm being handed my order that they didn't have any pans, so they just used the pan dough and made a normal pizza. They were reluctant to give me a refund when I refused to be ripped off, they tried multiple times to convince me that it was exact same pizza (I used to work at a Papa Murphy's so I know exactly what the difference is), then they tried to just refund me the difference between a pan pizza and the normal pizza they made, then they tried to get me to just order a different pizza. It wasn't until they ran out of options did they finally agree to refund me. And once again they couldn't machine to work, so one of them just grabbed cash from their own money to give me a refund.

I can look past the debit machine issues, but purposely trying to rip me off is unacceptable.

I will definitely never return to this location.

They dont have a clue as to what there specials are and when you contact them they say they will get back to you and don't. Just another business that cares about the dollar now and not the customer.

First time to Papa Murphy’s Pizza, does not taste as good as a cook at home pizza from Sobeys/Safeway or Superstore, and I’m talking about the in store fresh pizza that you take home and bake yourself. Something is off and I’m definitely not going back, especially at this price point. Way too expensive for me, the taste is strange, I’ve had Mediterranean pizza before and this is not right.

After going to Papa Murphy's for well over a decade, Tonights service was the most lackluster sub par service I've ever seen. 1 single plastic wrapping over only the top. 20 minutes to make 3 pizzas because she did every single one seperate and had to go to the back of the store for dough each time. Pathetic

I have frequented this restaurant since it opened about a decade ago. It has undergone a management change or possible two in the past 5 years and food, service and cleanliness have declined steadily since. My last two visits all during the week at dinner were exceptionally disappointing and I'm not going back again. The toppings were not measured and below what I was previously accustomed to. The staff was not willing to make a change to the menu as they had done previously and the service was slow to come to the front to respond to myself and others waiting
The food prep area that is in front along with the customer area was dirty both floors and surfaces. I'm sad not to be able to have the quality of product that this company expects of its franchises but my food budget is limited and I will not waste my money here again.

I wanted a pizza and nachos. I was told it would take 20-25 minutes. I felt like she was persuading me to not order.

Anyways I settled for only the nachos. Very simple, beef, cheese and jalapeños on the side.

Got my order after +20mins. I didn’t see the jalapeños, so i asked her for a container. She said “ you asked for them on the side” and point at the peppers on half of the nachos. Smh

She offered to remake, I said it was okay because i didn’t want to wait any longer, i just wanted to leave.

Got home and I didnt realize they changed the type of tortilla chips. They didn’t have the same texture and didn’t taste good.

The restaurant seemed chaotic, there was construction going on in the kitchen, very loud and noisy . Also, seems very unsanitary while serving food.

This is my last visit to this location.

It's not that we disliked it, but it was better previously. We had a stuffed pizza and it was very good.
