Always been a supporter of this location since it opened and the pizza has always been terrific. Recently ordered 2 take and bake pizzas that we always order and they were terrible, missing ingredients and only a sparse amount of remaining toppings. Both pizzas came out looking like cheese pizzas with a completely different cheese than all previous pizzas, very greasy and rubbery. The only thing consistent was the dough for the crust. Looks like another situation of trying to save money by switching to cheap ingredients and less toppings. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered a heart shaped pizza and molten for Valentine’s. Delivering person told that there was only one lady who didn’t knew much and therefore took 40 mins to make a pizza. Molten was replaced by brownie. Heart shaped pizza was changed to regular pizza. Pizza smelled so bad. Why would you promote a heart shaped pizza when you cannot fulfill, my whole evening was ruined because of this. Really disappointed.

We bought two pizzas from there tonight. One herb chicken Mediterranean and one Thai chicken. The herb chicken was made incorrectly and therefore tasted totally different than it should have. The other pizza they did not carry the ingredients for in store. Why would you have this pizza on the menu still if you don’t have the ingredients. Was very disappointed

I love Papa Murphy's, but the deals switching to online only is pretty frustrating, especially when your order fails online and order in person instead because of it.

Didn't honour the special that was advertised, said it was for online orders only despite the email I got with the special never indicating it was only for an online order. I did not want to pay regular price when I had specifically mentioned the deal over the phone, so I drove over and left without pizza. Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible customer service.

Extremely disappointed!!!!! Took them 1:40 to cook our. And as a continuation they gave us a 2 lt bottle of pop???? And the pizza was away to salty! Couldn't even eat one of the pizzas!!!!
