owner is nice, some workers is nice- i had a terrible experince with one manager on the south south location... Food is good wife loves it, sometimes it does taste old i could get behind that lots of people reviews indicate that, but overall i think you should try this place, get past any rudeness you might have because the owner is genuine, really just to honor him and not the sub par rude service, some things maybe old but the display cases are never a let down -

Been curious about their products when I first visited the supermarket a few days ago. Went back tonight. The counter staff was helpful and described to me some of the items there. She even let me taste one. Got three different pieces and these were so delicious. First time to try Middle Eastern-Lebanese desserts. Will come back and try the other items.

Horrible customer service skills. Sweets was sooo old and tasteless. No quality assurance what so ever. They cashier girl with long black hair was so ignorant and rude.

This Lebanese sweet shop or bakery if I may say, is heaven for the people who have a sweet tooth. It's just OMG deserts for the taste. They make it fresh everyday and cake that their Baker Named "Fernando" makes is a thing of beauty. I think the cake we have ordered many times are the best ones we ever had.
