Four good friends and I arrived at this store at 9:10 this morning. We were the second batch of customers that day. There were only two customers in front of us. When we ordered coffee and asked for porcelain cups, the clerk said there were not enough cups. , only paper cups were given. When I asked if the two latte coffees we ordered could be latte art, I was told that she was the only employee at the front desk now, so there was no time to serve us. I hope the boss can arrange enough in advance during public holidays. The staff and tableware allow guests to have a better dining party experience.

Visited from Calgary and I really didn't get what the hype is all about. Overly priced for not so great tasting desserts. Drink was poorly made. To crowded and no where to sit. Never again!
