Yesterday was my first time visiting this place since moving from Vancouver to Griesbach, and both the Biscoff cake and the latte were absolutely amazing. A young man took my order, and he was so kind with excellent service. Experiencing this kind of hospitality, which is rare to see in Edmonton, will definitely make me want to come back again. Parama Cafe is one of my favorite spots in Edmonton—it’s always a pleasure to visit! The atmosphere is cozy and full of positive energy, making it the perfect place to relax with friends, study, or just enjoy a good drink and dessert. Everything is always spotless and well-organized, which shows how much care goes into running this cafe. Sana and Rama are absolute stars! They’re not only professional but also genuinely friendly and outgoing. They make every customer feel welcome, whether it’s your first time walking in or you’re already a regular. Their attention to detail, warm smiles, and cheerful personalities add so much to the overall experience and that makes a huge difference. Shaylyn is probably the most knowledgeable and skilled barista I have ever met, and she made sure I never ran out of coffee while I was studying! Great place, but the service is what really makes this place special and different from any other.

Recently visited. Use to visit this place more often. If you want to be served with good coffee topped up with grumpy staff (probably depending on the person), then this is your place. Flavour aligns with other local coffee shops, and same with pricing (on the higher end.) Americano is just as good as before.

This is great, I love the location and love the staff, however I can’t say the same for the food, I bought a slice of cake which looked absolutely delicious but the taste wasn’t as good. The cake was soggy and it feels like it’s sat there for days. Though I would come back again just I would not order any of their cakes

I had a matcha latte from here before but for some reason this time it is dark and bitter not good at all the color is very dark wouldnt recommend maybe their desert is better but very pricey

Lovely coffee shop in our neighborhood. They work till late night which often comes in hand whenever you crave a good drink. The service is always friendly and the coffee is good. I often get matcha there and have never been disappointed.
