Second time there with my friend and both experiences were wonderful. I was amazed, from the cleanliness, to the hospitality and the friendly lady who welcomed us, how quickly they treated the order, the generous quantity and delicious food, and reasonable prices. Even though we were there late, right before they close, they welcomed us and served us. it goes definitely on the top of the list of my favourite spots.

We recently reserved a table for six and were blown away by the exceptional service led by Fatima. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a remarkable dining experience. The cooks do an amazing job grilling the meat to perfection! The portions were generous and packed with flavour. By the way, if you’re planning on visiting there make sure to order their spicy potatoes. It’s rich in flavour and always a delight! As long-time patrons of Paramount, we have always left satisfied—this is a must-visit spot!

We went here for lunch and it was amazing. Fatima was lovely and checked in with us regularly but not so much that we couldn't enjoy the food. The portions for cost was perfect and the dining space was clean and well maintained. We had falafels for an appetizer, the mixed shawarma and falafel wrap.

This was our 15th visit from Calgary throughout the years. Unfortunately, this time the experience was not great, the restaurant was clearly understaffed, and according to employees they close at 8 PM any day, including the weekends. The hours listed in Google Maps are incorrect. Service was slow, and cleanliness was really an issue this time, including the washrooms. I really hope management or the owner, read this, please, go back to the way things were, you were truly worth the long drive from Calgary. Today, unfortunately it did not feel like that, please go back to the way, it was, this is an amazing restaurant and should really keep its reputation. I should mention that the food is still amazing and very high-quality, everything arrived fresh and warm, but I think being understaffed is really the issue.

Really enjoyable, high quality food here. The pita comes to your table puffed up and hot. Delicious hummus! We are particularly fond of fatoush salad and the mixed beef/chicken shawarma platters.

Walked in questioning the price of the menu, walked out questioning why I didn't tip better. Wife and I ordered shawarma ( mixed for me chicken for her) and we couldn't even finish half the plates. I'm a big foodie and normally clean my plate, but the amount and quality of food here really surprises me. Any lover of Middle Eastern cuisine needs to try this spot.
