I was so excited to eat the wonderful looking food I forgot to take a picture . The portion size was great the food was delicious and my steak and eggs were cooked to perfection !

Huge portions for a small price! Super friendly staff! I got two eggs, shredded hashbrowns, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of French toast, and two pieces of regular toast, all for 17.99

Old school diner-like cafe. Food was really good. Felt comfortable. Service was fine, even for lunchtime.
Downside - washrooms are not very wheelchair accessible.
I believe that a number of renovations are being looked at, which is great, but hope it keeps the vibe.

Definitely not Pat and Mike's anymore, more like Xin and Xangs. Charged extra for rye bread and couldn't put a little extra parmesan on our 8yr olds spaghetti without extra charge. Stains on the walls and bathrooms are free though. Food was bland and service less than average. First and only time going there.

The waitress was fine, but the food wasn’t unfortunately. My hamburger sandwich was not tasty. I am not sure I was eating hamburger as it had orange things in it- carrots?? I am not sure the potatoes weren’t instant potatoes. The gravy was from a can and didn’t taste right. I’m disappointed as I like supporting local restaurants, but we won’t be back.

Hey it's a good old breakfast joint!! Been going here for years, coffee always fresh and hot, breakfast always how you want it, and service is great. Highly recommend!

Solid greasy spoon. Portions were good, prices are reasonable and the service was great. My coffee never lacked for filling. I don't know why you would go to the Denny's down the road when this is right here for a better deal.
