My fiancée and I decided to visit the farmers market today, and amongst the variety of vendors, we decided to approach this one. The vendor immediately greeted us and offered samples, it was the Loze and chickpea cookies, I immediately bought a package of each product. These treats were so damn delicious that if I had more money, I probably would’ve bought up his stock lol no joke. Also the vendor gave allergy info which was nice for me
Maybe it’s just me, but while we were buying the snacks, the vendor was explaining the processes used, and ingredients used to make these goodies, and seeing someone take that much pride in their food just made these treats that much more enjoyable.
We will definitely return to try the rest of his menu
I am so impressed with everything, especially the roasted salted lemony cashews and the coconut cookies. Oh and the ice cream is incredible!! 10x stars for all the delicious treats!! Highly recommend :)
Received their cashews as a gift. So disgusting.
Hi, A bakery is where dreams rise and delicious memories are made. The aroma of freshly baked sweets is a language of its own. Each creation tells a story and **Persian Empire Pastry** got you go check it out yourself Peps.
Beyond my expectation!
You can find them in farmers market on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
They also have real Persian saffron!
I got Kolompeh from his booth at the farmers market. These are my new favourite pastry! He was very friendly and let us try a few options before deciding. I look forward to getting some more goodies from here😊
Sure! Here’s a review you can use:
“I recently had the pleasure of trying pastries from Persian Empire Pastry and I was absolutely blown away! Each bite was a delightful experience, from Persian Baklava (Loze) to saffron Ice cream and nut packages. The flavours were perfectly balanced, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose some of their best offerings. I can’t wait to return and try more! Highly recommend their products.

Dietary restrictions: They have amazing gluten free, dairy free options, that taste amazing! I bought a number of cookies and dried fruit and mixed nut options at the farmers market this weekend. It was my first visit to your booth and I promise to be back regularly! I was so pleased by the quality of everything I purchased. The entire family is enjoying them which happens rarely with food meant for Mom:) Thanks for adding joy to my family BBQ and future potluck events;)
Some of the best little cookies you will ever have! It’s soft, creamy, and sweet but not over powering. Specially the pistachio one! Try it for urself and u will thank me later.

Excellent tasty treats prepared with care and lots to choose from!
Good place
Best Persian pastry in Edmonton! So tasty and fresh!
Outstanding treats! I buy their coconut and almond cookies every week at the Strathcona Farmers' Market. They are soft and decadent. They keep adding new flavours and I can't decide which is my favourite, maybe lemon, blackberry, or pistachio. They also sell a variety of mixed nuts, dried fruit, and veggie or sweet potato chips that are delicious. Lots of choices if you need wheat free too.
