I came to buy a cupcake today September 12 at around 8:50pm. The girl working had a nose piercing, short hair and a bit tall. She was the nastiest person to ever deal with in customer service / food service. Asked her for a cupcake that was on display and she made it, then I asked for another cupcake which then she made. When I came to look at the cupcakes there was no sprinkle or pearl on the cupcakes like it was on display. She started arguing with me that I ordered a different cupcake than the one that was on display. She refused to give me the cupcake that I originally asked for because she said it was already made and packed. She looked like she didn’t even want to be there, closing up, and doesn’t want to work… She was rolling her eyes at me and giving the biggest attitude. When I asked her why there was no sprinkles on the cupcake she went and grabbed the box and put the smallest pinch u couldn’t even see it. She also asked me if I wanted to eat the display cupcake thats fake? Like what???? If I’m asking for what is being displayed, I should be expecting the same. It’s not even about the sprinkles it’s about her attitude and just because she was being so rude I didn’t take the cupcakes. Horrible place to deal with at least put nice people to deal with at CUPCAKE STAND. Hope management takes care of this one… Thank you.

The cake tasted amazing—so fresh and rich in flavor. My family really enjoyed it, and it made our celebration extra special!

Moist, fluffy cake with that smooth cheesecake center. Heaven in every bite.

The cupcakes aren’t terrible, but a bit disappointing. I was expecting a more fresh cupcake. I found them stale and lacking flavour, but they weren’t horrible. You’d probably need to pair them with coffee to make up for the staleness.

These cupcakes are a must! They taste homemade but with a bakery-quality finish. Not too heavy, and they pair perfectly with a coffee. I’ll be back for more.

The young lady that helped me was phenomenal. The tirimisu cupcake was..disappointing to put it nicely. The bottom half fell apart when I tried to eat it, it was super dense too. Maybe that is the intention? Either way, it couldn't finish it and tossed it. Outstanding staff though. I'd be willing to try a different kind next time, see if there's any difference

They should call this place The Cranky Cupcake. The lady behind the counter was so miserable and unfriendly I felt bad for stopping by. Like, I just felt like having a cupcake.
Two thumbs up for the coconut cream cheese tho.

I asked the employee what they use to color their red velvet cake and she didn't know(employee doesn't know the ingredients so avoid if you have allergies). On a whim I bought the Red Velvet Cream Cheese. I saw the light layer of bubblegum pink icing and unfortunately assumed the cream cheese was inside the cupcake. Boy, was I wrong.
I cut it in half to find... just cake. The pink icing tasted like a hint of cream cheese, aka fake. I scraped it off. The cake was nice and soft but I could have bought a cake mix and icing for the $5.65 I paid.
Based on the reviews this kiosk won't last much longer. The tenant rent in WEM is high so good luck to them.

I was really looking forward to trying a vegan cupcake from this bakery, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The cupcake tasted stale and lacked flavor — definitely not fresh. For $6, I expected much better quality. Disappointed with the experience and wouldn’t return based on this.
