Just finished eating here. Great experience, service was awesome. The onion cakes were splendid. 10/10 would recommend!

My friend and I ordered the house pho and the satay. The satay was very good with a nice spice level, but if you’re not into a tomato-forward flavor, stick with the house pho. The broth is the star—rich, fatty, full of marrow, not too salty, with great mouthfeel. The meat was tender and velvety. The noodles weren’t undercooked or hard, but they did fall apart a bit and didn’t hold their length—possibly because we came right at opening. The veggies and chili oil on the table were super fresh and crunchy. The pandan tea was excellent and very soothing. The Vietnamese coffee had great flavor but was a bit too sweet. Service was attentive and friendly. Portions are generous; a large is plenty. I’d recommend ordering a small with extra meat and extra green onions.

Very good food at a very reasonable price. Location gets very busy sometimes though so sometimes waits for a table can vary.

Hole in the wall-style viet. Really good pho and green onion cake. Broth a little richer than many other pho hoan Pasteur locations in Alberta.

Okay so it was my first time here and I was really nervous because the one in Manning that just opened is a one star. Best places owned by Vietnamese people and I can tell the difference because it is very delicious. The satay pho slapped so hard. The actual meat quality was delicious. Definitely recommend this location
This was my first time at this restaurant, and I have to say I was not impressed. The food portion size was disappointing, especially considering the price. I ordered a large pho, but the amount of noodles definitely didn’t match what you’d expect for a large bowl. Throughout the meal, no one checked on us or asked if we wanted anything else. We sat there for about 15 minutes before a waiter finally came by just to offer water. It really feels like restaurants nowadays are becoming lazy, and the customer service here reflected that.
