I have been coming here for years. They started the first restaurant by Kingsway and now they have been extending to many places. I love their phone. Felt home cook meals. We ordered the Bun Bo Hue, spicy satay rare beef pho, chicken vermicelli, beef stew with egg noodles, chicken salad rolls. They were all very delicious and yummy

Chicken pho is the best here. I only go here to eat pho. Price is very reasonable. It's a bit crowded but everything apart from that is excellent.I've been here multiple of times from last few years. Always a favorite place.

"We waited for an hour, but no one seemed to remember our order. Even though we were starving after work, the waitress had to ask us for our order again. It was frustrating to see that the white lady and the guy she was entertaining were served right away, whereas we, being Asian, were not considered important enough. Overall, it was a bad experience for us."

have always been happy with the place until today.horrible horrible service.waited 20+ minutes after ordering to ask if our orders coming (3 noodles) got our food 5-10 mins after asking.then noticed our order was wrong.no apology.i guess we will have to find a new pho place to go to when visiting Edmonton from now on.

First time trying, with family of 4. 2 children under the age of 11. Menu was easy to read and the food was delicious. I will most certainly go again.

By far the worst Pho Hoan Pasteur restaurant we’ve been. We waited for at least 12 minutes before anyone even recognized us. We waived and tried to get their attentions but wqs just ignored. After finally getting our order, we waited for another 25 minutes again for a soup. There were only 4 tables dining in that evening and they’re far from busy. We saw another customer came in and was also ignored by staff..1/5 star because the food was decent. We will never go back again and again will also not recommend.

I called and placed an order of 6 green onion cakes and the lady on the phone helped me to understand that each order comes with 2 and allowed me adjust my order to 3. This honesty spoke volumes, that she preferred a happy customer in opose to making a quick buck. The green onion cakes were delicious! Thank you for your service!
