The pho is great nothing special but hits the spot on a cold day. However quantity and quality of the rice dishes is very poor. I would only recommend pho from this spot.

Had the special, it was delicious. Spring rolls with spicy kimchi and my mom had the noodle wonton soup and found it delicious too. Very Vietnamese, no mixture of other mainstream foods. Very tasty broth.

I don't take to writing negative reviews very lightly. I understand the effect they have on businesses. I put off writing this review, hoping I was just having an off-day and merely critical and cranky. As a consumer, however, I want to see honest but fair reviews.
I've dined and had take-out from this place more than a dozen times in the last 4-5 years. I wonder if this restaurant has changed hands in that time, because the food quality and taste have diminished greatly. Spring rolls are poorly made and poorly cooked. The salad rolls are pitifully small, with tiny shrimp. The main entrée I often get is the vermicelli with combination 4 or 5. The cost is unreasonable for what you get and the taste is simply bland.
Best salad roll I've eaten in the city: Lucky Supermarket off 137 Ave and 127 St: 3 fresh rolls, engorged with prawn, mint, vermicelli for $5.99. I drive all the way there just for that.

We waited for at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged and getting a table in a restaurant where there was only 1 table of 3.
3 other tables were seated after us, and the waitress tried to take their order first. I asked if we could have our orders put in first since we were seated first and were ready.
While waiting, I noticed the bathrooms were not clean and the sink nearly broken. Sprayed water all over me and the mirror. And cobwebs near our table between the fake plant and windows.
I used to come here a lot, but it has not been taken care of over the last few years.
The green onion cakes were fine. The sauce portion was next to nothing for the amount of cakes we ordered, but the soup was hot and delicious.

Run down space formerly known as Pho. Taken over by Hung Phở and it is not good. Can’t see this new ownership doing any better with such mediocre quality food. Why anyone opens a space to make mediocre food is beyond me.
