Stopped in here on a busy lunch mid-week, only because my usual spot was closed—not my regular Vietnamese place, but the Indian place in the same strip mall. Maybe that’s why these guys were so packed today, not sure. Ordered takeout and they were clearly busy, both servers running off their feet, but service was still fast, friendly and efficient.
The food was good, solid, no complaints. For me, it’s not a top-tier Vietnamese spot in the city—I’ve already got my go-to for sandwiches (which they don’t have) and another for the rest of my Vietnamese favorites. But for a last-minute choice today, they delivered. Will try again.

I ordered skip from here. Skip wouldn't pick up my order. The restaurant actually contacted me, informing me it's just not getting picked up. Manager or owner? seemed to care. Manager also told me they made the food multiple times. They did extra to ensure the food was quality.

4 seasons is a MUST visit for any fans of Vietnamese cuisine.
The food came out hot and fresh in what felt like 5 minutes! We were the only table in there but that is still very fast and efficient.
Onion cakes were flavourful and crispy, vermicelli bowl portion was huge, and the beef satay was hot and delicious.

Good portions, great flavors, spring rolls were very good. Service was very attentive and food came out quickly. Tables close together and shower curtain separated the dining area from the bathrooms.
Delicious pho! Rich and flavourful broth but not overwhelming. Noodles are delicious.

Excellent value, great taste. Staff are amazing and pick-up is ready very quickly. Portions are generous and there is usually enough leftovers for another meal which makes this restaurant one of my first choices for takeout for family meals.

First time coming to this restaurants as we were in the area. Service was very fast, from walking into the restaurant to leaving, we were out in less than 30 minutes. The beef soup is so flavourful and the slices of meat were huge. Definitely worth the price. This will be our new go to place for pho for sure!
