My new favorite noodle place on Whyte. After the closure of so many Pho/Ramen (I know grouping them is awful) places in town, I was lost, until I decided to give Pho Delight a try.Went for a late night dinner. The lady who served me was amazing, friendly and quick. The food (chef's Pho) was amazing. The price was perfectly fair.If you want a place to get some Pho in Edmonton, go here.

I have loved this Noodle house's Curry Chicken soup since I first tried it years ago. It's no longer spicy, buy man is it delightful. I try and pick it up whenever I'm in the area. The actual restaurant is a little worn, but the staff is friendly. I usually get take out and have enough in one serving for 2 meals.

*BEST HANG OUT PLACE ON WHYTE*I have been eating at this restaurant for the past 4 years in Edmonton. Great local place to just sit and relax and have a hearty meal or a cup of egg coffee- Their Vietnamese noodles soups (Pho, Bun Bo Hue, etc.) are great but the flavor is somewhat watered down and not complex (like most Viet restaurants here). The broth is very beefy & clear, probably the clearest broth I have seen at any Vietnamese restaurant. Their meats also have very clean flavor and are always cooked to perfection. Portion size is a little small for the price.- They have Bo La Lot (Beef grilled in Betel leaf, food that many travellers to Vietnam said they had to eat whenever they saw them on the street) that is rarely found in overseas Vietnamese restaurants.- Eggs Benny: Very delicious, eggs are poached to perfection. The Hollandaise has a smooth and creamy texture, and a rich and buttery flavor with delightful notes of citrus.- Great variety of options: Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Western Breakfast and known for their vegetarian food.

This lovely little spot is a real delight. We had a fabulous veggie pho and some absolutely delicious vegan dumplings! The pho was packed with an amazing selection of veggies and the broth was rich and tasty. One of the best meals I have had in ages and I will certainly be back!

The service here is amazing! The staff really know their customers well and have built great relationships with them. The food was also really good with lots of vegetarian options. The veggie pho was just what I needed today and makes for a great comfort dish. I absolutely LOVE the homemade iced tea. My sister really liked the curry, which is surprising because she usually doesn't eat curry often. Everything is made with a lot of care, even the homemade iced tea which I learned took 1 hour just to steep. I'll definitely be coming back!

The Pho, and... the Service, and... and.....That about all I can say is good after coming here 3 times. If you plan to get Pho specifically, I will say this is one of my top so far here in Edmonton. Not my #1, but one of the best. Otherwise, anything else is a tragedy. My experience:I came here a few times with my friends, and the first time we only ordered Pho and Salad rolls. First of all, the staff was quite nice, and there's young man (pretty sure the son of the owner), who will recognize you and give great customer service. The Salad Rolls tasted fine honestly, although they didn't have much crunch to it, and the peanut sauce was especially good. The Pho came out, and me and my friends were pleased. Although I will say, compared to the Pho in Portland, this wouldn't hold up amazingly. The Noodles and Broth were cooked to perfection, and all ingredients came together well. Texture of proper Pho, and looks of proper Pho, only thing to say about this is the taste of the broth definitely could've been better. Besides that, the Pho is a 4/5. Now, after this first time going in, I came back a second time. Had a bowl of Pho, and it was quite pleasant. Then, I came back a third time. As a lover of Pad Thai specifically, I wanted to try some other things on the menu during this trip. I ordered their house Pad Thai, and their Calamari. I was first greeted with the Calamari, here's where the tragedy begins.I was first extremely surprised to see the sauce on the side be a Hot BBQ sauce. As somebody who has had lots of calamari in their life, the side sauce is normally Sweet Chili Sauce. Seeing Hot BBQ sauce as their normal side sauce, was already a big nono for me. Then, after receiving the right sauce, I tried the Calamari. The breaded crust was falling off as I picked it up, and as I dipped it in the sauce, I then realized that the breaded crust itself was undercooked. It was almost like if they threw a layer of breadcrumbs the width of the squid itself onto the outside of the Calamari. Each time I would touch the Calamari with my fingers, the breadcrumbs would fall off the squid like a powdered snow. Hoping for more, I tried the Calamari, only to eat a raw squid dipped in Sweet Chili sauce, since all of the breadcrumbs have already fell off. This was a disappointment. Still with hope, I was eager to try the Pad Thai. Then it came out. The display was absolutely horrendous. First of all, they made it with the rice noodles used in Pho! Second of all, the Dish was completely red. The 'noodles' themselves, only had a red tint to them. And it seemed like it was mostly noodle. A complete contrast to the golden brown Pad Thai I am used to seeing. There were a few other ingredients splashed in there for display, but still didn't fix what it was trying to hide. The taste? Bad but, honestly could've been worse. If you are into Pad Thai, then the taste of this will really put you down. I'm at least glad the Pad Thai wasn't anywhere near as terrible as the Calamari.

Best Vegan Pho I've found in town! Super vegan and vegetarian friendly and the non-vegan food is amazing too - my girlfriend was very excited about it! Also the vibes in the restaurant are adorable and calm.

Incredible. I ordered the Steak and Brisket Pho and it was phenomenal. Also, it can be gluten-free as well! Best Pho in Edmonton and such a great price for a massive bowl. 1000/10 will be going there again!

My absolute favourite place to get pho! The servers are super nice and the quality and portion is amazing for the price. There are lots of options to choose from too. I am always recommending pho delight. If you ever get a chance definitely check this place out! They also have lots of other choices on their menu if you decide not to get pho!
