Did a takeout order , I haven’t been to this location in awhile and since I was in the area wanted to stop by .

I order a 41 but in Vietnamese and ended up getting rice instead of noodles (I didn’t ask for rice)
So they got that order wrong .

Then I got a 29

I find the rice to be very dry and uncooked which was disappointing.
The portion of the meat was underwhelming it didn’t even fill me up and I’m not a big eater so it was surprising I wasn’t full .

The taste of the meat was decent tho .

It's been a long time since I've dined in there. Used to be one of my favorite pho place but after my previous encounter, I did not bother dining in again. My bad experience started when I ordered their satay noodle soup. I was enjoying my soup when suddenly I bit on a hard brocken piece of a yellow glass as big as a pinky nail. Picture attached can say it all. I could not imagine if I swallowed this, might ended up me going to the hospital instead due to pain on the throat, stomach and or intestine. I asked the server if she can tell it to her Manager and later on said that they were busy so she could not entertain me. Honestly, I've been an avid fan of this resto since came to Edmonton but the service and quality now compared to before is no longer the same. Mostly long wait, bad service, and prices went up really high.

I hate to give a bad review but it's not ok to shrinkflate won ton soup. I always get a large or XL. I always get one bowl filled with won tons and veggies and two containers of broth. It just came that way for 15 years. I get it to go at least once a month. When I'm unwell, I get it three times a week. I asked about the lack of my second broth because I thought you forgot it. You called me a lier. 15 years of a family of 5 eating here and you are calling me a lier and talking me into a circle. Shame on you...and "NO", I don't want to pay extra to get what used to come with the order. Also want you to know that your new containers are smaller than the tall broth containers you had until a couple months ago. Next you will tell me that a large won ton always had half as many won tons. Not cool.

Sent order to wrong address on Skip the dishes by accident. Immediately tried to fix it. Restaurant was rude and unaccommodating and said to talk to Skip the Dishes-which was impossible to get a hold of them. They were unwilling to tell driver the new address.

The atmosphere was good. The servers were nice and courteous. Food fell short the satay beef soup was not hot and served with a side of raw beef that did not cook. The rice (com) dish was serverd warm as well. There was a hair in the rice dish but they insisted that it was from a brush. Not sure if it was the owner but she insisted it was to be served like that. Buy the time i recived my second dish the noodles were very very soggy such a shame because the broth was good. Great people very poorly executed.

Horrible, really upset to be honest because my family and I have been coming here since I was little. I’m a vegetarian and my family got take out for us for my sisters birthday. They got me a vegetarian vermicelli bowl, and I found a chunk of beef in it. The whole bowl got thrown, such a waste of money for my parents, really disappointed. The vegetarian bowl is my favourite, won’t be trusting you guys to make it for me anymore:/

The best part of this is the price for quality. There is nothing special here, especially if you have been to other cities in the world, including Calgary. Maybe people in Edmonton just don't have a sophisticated palette. This is a One and Done for me and my family. Does not mean it's bad, just not worth a second visit for us.

Lots of waiting time when picking up orders, When it’s your turn to pick up your order she makes you feel like your a nuisance. They make Uber & Skip drivers wait very long. Other day i was picking up my food. Uber driving was talking to the staff after he waited 10mins for the customers order. They gave him a bad rating??? Very horrible staff. No appreciation at all

The food is always great. However, the price and service hardly make it worth it anymore. The place is always congested with people waiting to order/pay and skip the dish drivers. Last time I was there a driver said he was waiting over 20 min for his order. I waited almost that long in line just to pick up my food. When I finally got to the till, the lady made me feel like I was a giant inconvenience to her lol. Expect a long wait. Don't expect a warm welcome or friendly service.

Fairly good soup! Their satay could be a bit spicer & more flavourful for my liking BUT it’s a great spot either way.

Had take out and the pho noodles was not pre boiled at all. Broth wasn’t hot enough, so when we poured it in there, it was a warm bowl of raw meat with uncooked noodles. Had to microwave it and it was a very awful bowl after that. For the price, and the fact that it’s the speciality, this is not acceptable.
