Pho Hoan Pasteur (Westlink) is a busy and popular restaurant serving amazing, authentic, and delicious Vietnamese food. The food is always fresh, flavorful, fast, and excellent. Favorites include the pho sate, pho with brisket, specialty pho, and bun bo hue. Vermicelli bowls like the Grilled Shrimp and Pork Vermicelli and the 5 colour vermicelli are highly recommended, as are the spring rolls, shrimp fresh rolls, and green onion cakes. Portions are large and filling. The ambiance is excellent and the place is clean. Service is friendly, efficient, great, and quick, even when the restaurant is full and bustling during peak hours. There can be a bit of a wait when it is packed, but it is worth it.
