Pho Hoan Pasteur never disappoints. I’ve been coming here for years and the food is always fresh, flavorful, and fast. Whether it’s the pho sate, vermicelli bowls, or green onion cakes, everything hits the spot. The staff are friendly and efficient—even when it’s packed during lunch or dinner, they keep things moving. With 7 locations now, it’s super convenient no matter where you are in Edmonton. Expect a bit of a wait during peak hours, but trust me—it’s worth...

This was my first time here and I was not disappointed. I had the Pho with brisket and it was quite tasty. The large bowl was filling. The Onion Cakes were as good as I have had.

The service was pretty fast, despite the restaurant being full.

I wouid go back for sure.

Service was a bit slow but the place was bustling. Absolutely loved the bun bo hue, it tasted so authentic and delicious! My partner had the specialty pho and the broth tasted authentic as well. Definitely recommend!
