Beef pho tasted like it was made with a seasoning packet, very salty and bland. Beef tastes cheap and chewy, better spend a bit more and get much better pho.
My step mother and father got food poisoning from this place. It was the last thing they ate for dinner on December 7th , they woke up at after midnight vomiting all night and morning. I feel bad that I sent them there to eat now..

I recently visited Pho Kim and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
Pho: The pho was made using dried instant noodles rather than fresh ones, which was quite surprising. The beef was overcooked, and the soup base tasted artificial, likely made from powder rather than being carefully braised with bones. I couldn’t confirm, but there might have been MSG added. Additionally, the bean sprouts were already cooked, which took away from the fresh and crisp texture I typically enjoy. Although the staff spoke Vietnamese, I still questioned the authenticity of the dishes.
Bun: The grilled pork and beef were cut into strips rather than the usual pieces, which felt like an attempt to showcase cutting skills but made the portions appear smaller. The saving grace of the meal was the spring roll, which was freshly deep-fried and enjoyable.
Overall, while the spring roll was good, the overall experience wasn’t enough to make me want to return. There are plenty of excellent Vietnamese restaurants in town that offer better quality and authenticity.

Everything was terrible - food and service.
We got 1 napkin to share among 2 people for our whole meal. Tea was weak. Got charged full price for a chicken dish that had zero chicken, when asked why the server shrugged and said it was a manufacturing issue (?). Meat was fatty and gross and broth was oily. Just buy a can of soup from Safeway - you will feel more satisfied.

It was my last take out from this place after several years. Rice noodles are so soggy, and meat is pure fat. Disappointed big time. I live nearby, hence I was a big customer- no longer.

The service really sucks, you have to ask 3x to get anything they just put everything at the end of table. No napkins had to even ask for fork and spoon. But really not impressed
