Fast & friendly service, however my visit was strictly to try the beef sate/satay soup which had high reviews, and sadly another disappointing attempt/version of the soup:
- thick & creamy peanut-butter broth
- small portion of over-cooked beef
- no heat----I'd never call the soup spicy, let alone hot.
- no pieces of peanuts !

I will continue my efforts to find a satay soup that has a light / somewhat clear broth...

Love this place...great place to dine if you want a quick bit n run...this place has been here for years...they've done alot of renovations to it but the foods still the same...always great...the Vietnamese coffees are the best!!!

I absolutely love this spot . Me and my cousin go here on a regular bases and even have a favorite table . The fried rice and spring rolls is what we order everytime and I recommend 100 percent . ? so good
